Amazing place to stay in the heart of old town. Hatun Quilla exceeded my expectations - mainly because of Julio, the manager. He was incredibly helpful in anything we needed, tours, machu pichu, amazon, etc. We came back three seperate times between excursions and Julio was more than accommodating, allowing us to keep our bag in safe storage. The rooms were great and were cleaned every day. The location was just a bit outside the main square and inside a court yard, offering a bit of seclusion in busy Cusco. It was very well priced as well offering great value. Definitely stay here!

This hotel has lovely plaza's in the centre (two that I found) which you can sit in and enjoy the sun. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the main square of the city so perfectly placed. It is around the corner from a busy junction, so there isn't too much noise at all. The room I had was over two floors, which was nice. The room was cool and roomy The staff were very helpful and we got by with minimal language difficulties.

There was a bit of a mixup at the beginning where they couldn't find my booking, which caused concern, but it was found eventually. The breakfast is minimal. Some fruits, toast, coffee, and cereal. Nothing to shout home about but sufficient.

My flight was cancelled and at around 23:30 I needed to find a hotel. I looked on Booking.Com and this was well priced and not too far away, however due to road closures, it took a little longer to get to and from. It was a decent sized room and the bed was comforatble, though the decor and the bedding good do with upgrading. It is on a very busy road and the windows did not keep the noise out.

The bedding and the decor of the room needs updating. The bathroom was very basic, though I didn't use the facilities as the towel I was provided with did not feel dry. The busy road the hotel is on is quite noisy.

So, so convenient when I arrived in the early morning hours (2am). I loved being able to get my bag and just walk across the street and check in. After a long flight, it was just what I needed, especially since I was flying out again in 12 hours

The staff were really helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good and they even arranged a semi private tour to the lakes of Alto Perú and Kuntur Wasi. Very good experience. Gracias!

- Host demanded 5% fee if we pay with credit card. I understand they try to save cost, but this is not good business tactic because it should be on business’s expense responsibility. I could’ve reported to MasterCard and Visa and they would revoke the access from this business. Anyway, I was tired so I paid with cash - The place was renovated so it moved a little uphill. Quite a walk from main square
