Location is wonderful, the view from the tent is fabulous, tent is clean and nicely decorated, there is access to electricity, as well as cups, kettle, coffee machine and even books and board games. Located about a 5-minute walk to the center of Polańczyk, parking is nearby, but paid separately, may be not easy to find a place during the season. You have to walk a bit to get to the toilet and shower (and not easy to understand where is it), 1 token per person for 1 day of stay is included in the price, it gives 2.5 minutes of washing in the shower, so prepare the coins if you need more time). Water equipment rental is available on site, but it's better to book in advance.

Location in a newly built area, a bit outside of the central area of the city, but very green and very quiet. The hotel is new, you can see that everywhere, everything was functional. Probably the best mattress I have ever had in a hotel so far. Friendly and helpful staff. The parking on premises and also the parking garage is a big plus. Tram station next to the hotel, but beware, there's no ticket machine in this station. Taxi and ride sharing very affordable from here to the city center.

A bit frustrating that you can't open the window to get some fresh air. You have to rely solely on the air conditioning, which is not quite the ideal situation. We didn't find slippers in the room. Also not being able to reserve a parking spot it's a minus, you may or may not find a free place upon arrival, but public parking is to be found around the hotel.

It was my first time travelling abroad and they made everything so smooth as they thankfully speak good English. I can only talk about my experience going alone but the studio was super cozy and well worth it being a 10min walk from Energylandia. I had a slight problem that wasn't their fault and everything was sorted as I got back in the evening. I hope to be back next year!

There was no way to complete black out the light during the daytime so I woke up as the sun rise up. Nothing a sleep mask can't solve though

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was extremely clean. It was easy to find, especially from the airport. You can take the airport bus (number AP), and the hotel is at the first stop. Just cross the road to get there.

Greatest disappointment is that property charged me about 10% more than expected. Explained this with currency converting. Property charged me in USD instead of PLN with additional unnecessary fee. Looks like this is common approach of this company ("Renters") for charge extra money. Kitchen sink is broken and repaired incorrectly, so water does not flow good. Needs repairs. Property has coffee maker, but no coffee filter, so unusable, unless you buy it. No detergent for washing machine. Hard sofa. No dishwasher.

We booked the room by mistake 2 times, the hotel refused to cancel one reservation. They spoke with us in very rude way, personal and service is awufull. Avoid!
