Location is wonderful, the view from the tent is fabulous, tent is clean and nicely decorated, there is access to electricity, as well as cups, kettle, coffee machine and even books and board games. Located about a 5-minute walk to the center of Polańczyk, parking is nearby, but paid separately, may be not easy to find a place during the season. You have to walk a bit to get to the toilet and shower (and not easy to understand where is it), 1 token per person for 1 day of stay is included in the price, it gives 2.5 minutes of washing in the shower, so prepare the coins if you need more time). Water equipment rental is available on site, but it's better to book in advance.

It was my first time travelling abroad and they made everything so smooth as they thankfully speak good English. I can only talk about my experience going alone but the studio was super cozy and well worth it being a 10min walk from Energylandia. I had a slight problem that wasn't their fault and everything was sorted as I got back in the evening. I hope to be back next year!

There was no way to complete black out the light during the daytime so I woke up as the sun rise up. Nothing a sleep mask can't solve though

Very nice accomodation, clean and cozy, it has everything you need. We stayed for just one night but wished we could stay more. The self check-in and the communication with the host was perfect. It's close to the museum, so I recommend it especially for those who are visiting Auschwitz.

The beds are comfortable, though do note they are narrow. You can push them against each other and they work as a double bed, with a small gap in the middle. There is air conditioning, and an insect cover over the patio door. You can partially open the outer door for air to blow in.

The description is somewhat misleading. There is no breakfast at the residence. A few minutes walk away is a restaurant that serves the Marina. It opens t 9am, and ONLY serves scrambled eggs. To have a decent breakfast one has to drive about 15km to the nearest location, unless you make your own. The cabins are joined in the middle by the tiny kitchenette, so the cabin as pictured is two rooms, so expect to have neighbours. The walls are somewhat thin, so noise carries. Also, outside conversations will carry into the cabin. We had teenagers staying across from us, with loud music at night being inevitable. Also, the Marina is a construction site, dusty, ugly and unfinished. Until it is completed, it's like living on a building site, and it should take a while until the construction is finished. Cabin 5A was marked, 5B was not, so we took forever before we realised that 5A and 5B used the same door. We went around the Marina twice looking for 5B.

Easy check in, very efficient, friendly staff. Spotlessly clean in every area. Location perfect, 10 minutes from the city centre by tram, tram stops very close to the hotel. Spacious rooms with everything you will need.

Reception desks cramped together....No privacy when checking in or asking questions. Breakfast very expensive and not the best quality.

Never cleaned the room for 7 days I stayed, had to buy towels which they provided only the hand towels. Also, wanted to mention, people at the reception not really friendly. I don’t recommend this place!

Great location to town center, train station, bus and tram stops. Grocery nearby. The unit itself has almost everything you would need on a longer stay.

Pillows! Could use more proper sleeping pillows. Only one couch cushion style (not for sleeping) pillow per person and one extra pillow in drawer with no fitted pillow case. Also, some of the frying pans are scratched up and no pot holders.
