I would like to highlight that this hotel is not suitable for young families with children because the elevator is too narrow to accommodate a stroller. We were also very displeased with the management's attitude. I understand that the hotel's policy states there are no exemptions for cancellation fees. However, I booked four rooms for my group from my account, one of which was mistakenly booked and canceled the next day after realizing the error. Despite several attempts to appeal to their humanity and negotiate a refund, the sales department responded that the company policy does not allow for refunds. Additionally, given our experience, it's uncertain how else they might treat to You.

Appartment location is great. Clean (besides dishwasher) and cozy.

There was a terrible smell of rotten food from dishwasher. It didn't go away even after multiple cycles. There was some food leftovers inside. We tried to remove it, but it won't help. It was always small pieces of food sticked to everything. We had to wash everything by hand after dishwasher but it was hard because the soap bottle was completely empty!! This made out stay unpleasant. Also there was not microwave.
