Location is the key! It's so close to the attractions, landmarks and popular restaurants! We were family of four (two couples) and had booked various rooms here. Rooms were all clean and spacious with great decors. There's a storage room and we were able to store our luggage after we checked out waiting for our late-night flight. Staffs including Catarina and Vera were so helpful and attended to all of our needs on timely manner. We asked for recommendation on restaurants nearby, and Catarina sent us a detail list of all the restaurants. We had such an amazing experience and will definitely stay here next time when visiting Lisbon!

Kevin and Nadine have created an oasis and they are gracious hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you are on the Camino make sure to save energy to walk up the hill from Caminha to the house, but don’t worry it’s worth it!!

We had trouble sleeping because of a vibration/noise in the night. We realized eventually that it was from the heating unit in the room. The problem was remedied when we shut it off.

There was a bad sewage smell the entire time we were there and the host never responded after several attempts to modify our stay The bed was horrendous to sleep on we had to remove the mattress toppers from the single beds to put on top of an old spring sagging mattress in the full bed I do not recommend staying here Seems like all they care about is getting a booking I tried to reach out to the host three times who never responded
