The room was very good: Pillows and bed were comfortable. Bathroom facilities were superb. The terry cloth bathrobes and slippers provided really put it over the top. The facilities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast selection was amazing and the two dinners we ate in the restaurant were great. The desk staff went above and beyond to assist us in getting access to research libraries. Such a great experience on our first visit to Lisbon.

Because we were two people in the room with only one baggage stand it meant that one suitcase was always on the floor.

We got the tree house and just loved it. We went on a weekday in May and the place was empty and super quiet. All we could hear were birds singing. I don1t know if it is that good when the place is busier. The pool was great and the room super comfy and clean.

Breakfast could have been better. I wish there were homemade options as we were at a small farm. Apart from this, everything was perfect. Perfect place to relax and take children. Our 4 year-old daughter loved everything.

It was okay palce to stay. It is almost at the centre of the Porto near Mercado do Balhao and with metro you can get almost everywhere. Stuff might be better and in kitchen there was nothing to cook with. Unfortinatly. Solid 7/10

The location is convenient. Very easy to get around to all major attractions.

The streets around the apartment feels fishy. Many people hang around and within minutes after we left the building, our bag was opened by pickpocket.

It is above the Irish Pub and one latin club, and the music is blasting and the drunken guests are shouting until the morning. Very very steep stairs, difficult to get a heavy suitcase up to the apartment and back. Totally poor all together. Beds very uncomfortable.

I reserved a double room (with one large bed), but there where none such rooms when we arrived, early afternoon. Instead, we were offered a room with two single beds assembled together. That's not what we reserved.

Check out time is 11 :00 and they're firm on that. They did reluctantly give us one extra hour and when we went back the the maid was extremely mean and rude and had removed her bags from the room that we were promised to be secure. Our bags were put in a busy unsecure hallway. Not happy at all
