Positive section of review
Nice hostel conveniently located right next to a metro station. Immaculate rooms are cleaned every day, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff works for 24 hours. Amazing terrace upstairs, filling breakfast downstairs, and a spacious elevator to move between stores. Also, the hostel organizes many social events and activities, which makes it much easier for solo travellers to find a company to hang around.

Shared bathrooms, located not only on my floor, but either below or above me. Small cabins, absence of hooks or hangers to keep clothes away from water. No hooks, shelves, or closets in the room either.

The owner and the employee were very professional , answered all my questions regarding the tourist attractions in the city of Loule and the other towns in the area. I appreciated the great knowledge of the towns and an exceptional help and patience of the hotel’s personnel. Love the people , love the town ! That made my traveling very safe and very happy !!

Breakfast was okay, I felt it was lacking compared to other hotel breakfast in the area. It was too American and bland vs offering local fare and fresh vegetables.

Room Service. I was told it was 24 hrs ( for certain items on menu) then when I ordered at 10 pm, I was told it could not be delivered at 11 pm because they were too busy. I needed to take a warm shower as we were drenched from the rain storm. So I had to sit in my wet clothes for the food to come, then shower, then eat COLD food. Soup and Salad was over $50.
