Instructions were clear, easy access. The location is nice, tram stop next to the building. Just a note: a short person might find getting out of the bathtub a little challenging.

price too much for that you get at the arrival lamp from my room did a shortage and they took it and promised to give back and and didn't saw the lamp never again.

Since the room I stayed was shared, I got a smelling and a heavy snoring room mate. The guy was panting always gasping for breath

There is nothing to like in this place. Very very bad things happen to us.

We had a kid aged around 5 years. This owner told us everybody over 3 years is considered as adults and moved us to 3 bedroom room and asked us to pay additional payments for newbed rooms. Very very unpleasant incident and never happened before any place. Also showers are not properly worked and there is only hand shower in bath room. Bathing is very difficult. Facilities are not in standard. Also kitchen is under construction and he never wrote those stuff in booking.com. we faced horrible experience there. My advice is never book this place.

Mixing smokers with nonsmokers in the same wing. The people below us were smoking on the balcony, and the smoke was rising to our room. I would suggest creating wings for smokers and not mixing them with us nonsmokers. The opening hours of facilities were odd. We suggest that facilities stay open longer than just 6 hours.
