This hotel is a great find if you're looking for a good deal in a central location. It's close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfy, and even though they don't serve breakfast, there are plenty of places nearby to grab a bite. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Overall, it's a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers who want to be in the middle of everything.

Good location, free tours each day with people from the hostel. Met amazing people!!!!! Staff is so kind and very willing to teach you about Thailand culture/history. Clean and able to lock your whole bunk when you’re gone. Love love love.

We didnt know there were renovated rooms available. We were staying at the old part. Worn out but still functioning. It is just a bit disappointing to come and see you could have used a little bit more money and get new rooms. However everything was working in the old rooms.

Everything else. The staff took 35 minutes to check me in then gave me the wrong room, this was 2am with no other guests around, it seemed like she’d never checked in another guest in her life. The second room was still not what I booked but it was fine but there was garbage including Q tips with earwax on the floor. I was there for a quick 5 hours before my morning bus, but ended up sleeping and only 4, due to the staff’s lack of training or knowledge. The hallways and common area were also filthy with holes in the walls.
