İ like everything about this hotel. This is my second time here and I will continue to stay here when ı'm in Bangkok. The staff is always very kind and this time I got sick on the last day and they let me check out late and I'd really appreciated it before a long flight back home. Pool, facilities, rooms; everything is great. The breakfast is always amazing but I have one request; the Asian options are generally with meat. If there are at least vegetarian buns that would be great. But this is something very minor since there are tons of other vegetarian options. Thank you for everything. Can't wait to be back!

The staff were friendly, the private villas are well designed, the pool is very nice but have seen better days.

Overall condition of the hotel is a bit worn out, doesn’t feel like a Sheraton level. Food at the only restaurant in the hotel was very average, and the surrounding area seemed very dodgy with street dogs everywhere. We tried to explore a but outside the property, but saw nothing except a few street food stands. Access to the beach was also disappointing.

Lots of tiny ants all over the floor. Plus location is down a dead end street so you need to walk longer out and around to go towards Pattaya.

Located at the top of a big hill Bed sheets smelled Room door was very hard close and had large gap around it. Pool and surrounding area was very dirty. Receptionist was extremely rude when we spoke about our issues and spoke to another member of staff about our nationality
