We had a fantastic time here! The house is stylishly decorated with two comfy sofas, a big TV, and a fully stocked kitchen. With five bedrooms, it easily fit our group of 10 while still feeling private. It's in a great location with lots of nice places to eat and nice cafes nearby, and it's easy to get around. If we're ever in Bangkok again, we'll definitely come back here!

This house in Asoke is simply stunning! It's centrally located, has a shared pool, and beautiful greenery outside. Inside, the three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and spacious kitchen are all clean and nicely decorated. Plus, it's close to mini-marts like Lawson or supermarket like Foodland, Coffee Club, and MRT. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

-location (close to both Surin and Bang Tao beaches, nice restaurant across, Muay Thai gym) -small but nice swimming pool to chill out -little gym w two treadmills, lots of dumbbells -the cleaning service did a great job once a week

-the false fire alarm was ringing a couple of times at night during our stay (an issue w the building more than with the apartment itself) -expect to pay 8 thb per unit of electricity

The hotel is in good location china town area. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean. I arrived early morning and the hotel let me check in early because the room is available. The bed is very comfortable.

No staff 24 hours so if you arrive early or late night you should let the staff know in advance.

The staff quality is poor , the shuttle is bad , insects keep coming inside the room , breakfast is very unhygienic I think they do not understand what hospitality is It should not come in your search on top and should be rated as a 2 star property

The room plan is stupid toilet separate with weird door shower same and sink for toothbrush near the bed very not comfort . No lock on shower and toilet door . Small window . Noisy at night because near bars
