Beautiful views and beach, three pools to choose from, very good cleaning service and room service. Away from tourists, calm and clean beach.

We didnt know there were renovated rooms available. We were staying at the old part. Worn out but still functioning. It is just a bit disappointing to come and see you could have used a little bit more money and get new rooms. However everything was working in the old rooms.

Everything else. The staff took 35 minutes to check me in then gave me the wrong room, this was 2am with no other guests around, it seemed like she’d never checked in another guest in her life. The second room was still not what I booked but it was fine but there was garbage including Q tips with earwax on the floor. I was there for a quick 5 hours before my morning bus, but ended up sleeping and only 4, due to the staff’s lack of training or knowledge. The hallways and common area were also filthy with holes in the walls.

I booked 2 nights, after 1 night, other day while I was sleeping, the staff who works at the front desk called me around 12.30pm and told me to check out. I said I have 1 more day, why should I check out. Besides; I already paid 2 night money. I insisted about 5 minutes, I got angry, and she check somewhere, she said; she is sorry. I never ever chose that hotel again.
