This our second stay here. While not on the cheap side of the equation the proximity to the Ratchada Pisek MRT is the bonus. Equal distance to BKK, DMK, Mochit 2 and downtown makes the hotel an ideal location for travellers. Several small but tasty restaurants(we eat local Thai style) nearby, 7/11 next door and another on the route to the MRT(12min walk). Great pool that our kids took advantage of. This is a good stay for families as they have a few different room options and bed types. Bangkok doesn’t have that many choices for families that check all the boxes that are affordable, after hours of looking online during the bus ride into town(a chore I am enjoying less and less) we decided to stick with what we know because of the aforementioned reasons. We will come and stay again.

Amazing nature around the hotel, great variety at the breakfast buffet and all staff was always super friendly. The hotel also offers a number of extra activities like yoga and fruit carving, which I definitely recommend trying out! The amenities, like pool table, gym and lobby are all very nice and clean. The pools were set to a perfect temperature not too warm but also not cold. Banana pool was our favourite a bit off from the main area but super quiet and also partly shaded. The hotel was closer to the Karon area as we expected, but the beach at Kata is definitely nicer and we recommend taking a taxi from the hotel, which they hotel happily arranges for you.

The hotel shuttle bus is a little limited, only runs at 10/11/4/6 but okay to go down to the beach at 4pm or 6pm for dinner and then walk back the 10-15 min walk to the hotel when it gets colder.

This s second time I stayed here. The room s so cute. The bed s very comfortable. Nice decorate. The facilities is new brands and modern. The breakfast s very good. They change menu everyday. Location s excellent. Opposite with the Wat Ratcha burana door. The staff s so friendly. Everything s perfect except the toilet. But when I mentioned to staff. She try her best to slove the problem well. And upgrade room for me. But I love the room I book. So I didn't change the room. I definitely to come back to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to other guests.

Had everything you need and not too far from the Old Town (15min walk). Nice pool & lobby area/working space as well as rooftop bar (although it was quite quiet during our stay) Laundry service was very handy too.

Clean rooms. The bed was ready way before the check in time and the room was clean and smelled amazing. The staff is very nice There is amazing ramen and boba tea served at the lobby.

Hotel needs to fix the centralised AC as the room doesn't get cooler to the temperature at all. We had to request for extra portable fan just to survive one night. The attendant who dropped our bags to the room didn't provide it in the first place however in the evening we had to again request the receptionist who fulfilled our request so we could sleep properly in peace.
