This is my second stay here. I have thoroughly enjoyed the first visit, and the experience was good this time as well. For those traveling with children, an apartment-style hotel with this level of service and overall quality is a rare find! The apartments are clean and spacious, there is ample parking in the garage (free) and the location is wonderful if you do not have a need to be in the very center of the city every day. The pool is a nice touch, as are the saunas and the gym.

I am not the biggest fan of the cleaning service: they do a good job but the last thing I need mid-day is someone from housekeeping ringing the doorbell and loudly announcing themselves outside to check in with me on how I liked the cleaning. Thankfully they did not wake up the kid even once, otherwise I would have been very upset. Optional paid breakfast lacks quality for the price. You can exit the hotel and go next door (20 meters) to a wonderful place that has better food for 1/3 of the price. Something has to change - either quality - or price. The hot tub has been out of service since early November - upsetting

I was with my parents and they had some difficulty going up the steep stairs at the main entrance of the hotel. I would suggest to choose rooms with a view to the street or the sea, there is no enough air ventilation in rooms with landmark view.

I arrived late, the GPS location of the place in Booking.com was far from the hotel, I checked in and went out to eat, I found out later that the room I got wasn't the room that I booked, I talked to the receptionist who worked at night, he was rude and said that he had nothing to do to me. The second day I talked to another receptionist who said that I have to wait until 12, the room that I booked and paid for was obviously given to another guest. They are not reliable people. The hotel is overrated.
