The breakfast was LOW QUALITY and BAD!!!!!!! Only fresh thing is the omelete as it HAS to be made infront of you. Person making the omelete is very rude. Even the bread was hard and stale!!!! While there was a large spread at breakfast, everything was looking stale and very low-quality. Only someone who is used to eating very low-quality food will dare to try. The hotel appears to be near a facility that does nose jobs as many people had nose bandages. They are fleecing them because of their vicinity to this place.

I had a FULL FLEDGED MASSIVE water leak in my room in the MIDDLE of the night !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rather than profusely apologize, the hotel seemed to have the position that they are doing a favor to give me a room change! They messed up my entire night's sleep and hence the day after that. Hotel staff cannot speak English.... the staff responding was using google translate !!!! The room service in the hotel is BAD!!!!!!! Their menu prices are very high and the food cannot be eaten. I had ordered a T-bone steak which cost me $50 US dollars and the steak was hard like leather and could not be eaten. When they were informed of this, they did nothing and offered no refund. Walkout balcony door is always open and cannot be locked!!!!!!! Not secure at all! Moreover, it seems the hotel operates in ancient times in an outdated manner. They REFUSE to charge the room service to the room. The handheld payment kiosk they get does NOT work as the staff does not know how to use credit cards in it. They ONLY use a CC as a debit card!!!!!! So I had to pay cash!!!!!!! The lobby bar downstairs also will NOT charge to the room, but at least they know how to crate a CC as a CC! Then they have assigned a lady to engage with customers who have had complaints...she is aggressive catches people who faced issues during breakfast, apologizes to them but still ask them to still give a rating of 8 or higher on Booking.com since they want customers to keep coming back via the site! I also learnt that the current ownership bought this hotel about a year or so back. They know it is old with lot of things broken in it. However, they made a decision to still rent all rooms.... knowing that they will have water leaks in some rooms, something else broken in others.... and they just keep fixing these as they come up! Given the issues, most hotels would have offered a full refund. They offered a dinner via room service...which was bad and below-quality!

It is such a wonderful stay experience and I was delighted by the world class service of Mr Eren Baran who is Head Concierge and Spa Manager of this hotel. I want to tell my recommendation with regard to improving only; there should be a beverage offer at the end of all massage services in spa. It is only a lovely recconendation. Because This hotel deserves the best at all time.

Most lovely breakfast, so good and comforting; prepared in the cutest lil kitchen. Staff was wonderful and friendly. View was amaaaazing. We were in/out in a day but it was enough to know I would stay there again!

Amazing location, staff is kind. Definitely worth the money. The room is clean also replaced the towels everyday :) The neighborhood is very safe people roaming around even after midnight.

The landscape is a hilly so you might find it bit uncomfortable but was totally fine for me. Bathroom was bit small for big guy like me.

I was staying in the furthest side of the hotel and wifi did not reach my room. Windows and walls were super thin and there was a lot of outside noise late at night/early in the morning.
