The property itself is fantastic, but the really truly thing that sets this Hotel apart from all others is Ali and his wonderful staff. There is simply not too much to say to people who treat you like royalty. We both have traveled around the world and seldom have we encountered the kind of hospitality that we received at the Pamukkale Whitehaven Suite Hotel. From our arrival, to breakfast to Ali helping us with all of our travel needs. This is the place that you want to stay when you are going to Pamukkale!

Very clean hotel. The room had plenty of space, it was bright and the bathroom had everything you needed. The bed was very comfortable and had fresh linen. Towels hairdryer,, soap, shampoo were provided as well as a kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi works well. I also have to say that the staff is excellent, I could check-in after midnight and if you need they will also find a taxi for you. The bus from the airport (Ankara air) stops next to the hotel.

Unfortunately, going to the airport from the hotel is a little more complicated. Do not get fooled by the "airport shuttle service" - there isn't one. They will just recommend the buses or the taxi to you. A little disappointed with the breakfast, once you get the taste of a real Turkish breakfast this feels very bland.

We stay with a dog, it is a good place for those who travel with pets. Host helped us with pet transfer and papers. Stuff are friendly and hospitality. This place also have turtles and swimming pool at the backyard.

The shower didn't work properly, and there were constant issues with water pressure. We couldn't shower the last day. Facilities are old, dirty, and require repairs. The rug was so dirty, boxes everywhere, the common WCs on the first floor were always dirty and smelly. The bed frame was not fixed to the bed, so when you sited in the foodbed, the table came up. There were floor tiles missing, the towels were so old and stained, and the AC made weird noises. They never filed the shower gel or the toilet paper in the room. Most of the employees at the hotel didn't speak english, or well, not much, so it was very hard to explain or ask for things. Finally, most of the staff seemed to always be angry or annoyed at you, so I felt uncomfortable even when asking for a coffee in the morning. I would like to mentoned that one of the receptionists was very friendly and professional. Overall, I would not stay there again or recommend this hotel.

-Too much noisy early mirning from 6 am, cannot sleep, many trucks loadind/unliafing goods stating from 6:00 really cannot sleep after 6-6:30 -the room temperature was very hot (room 603) although outside temperature was max 16-19 degrees C. the problem is that the airconditionner is not working, I ve asked reception , he said only Hot fan available right now. -The breakfast was very poor, coffee also not good,
