My Dream Istanbul Hotel

Reception team is very polite, supportive, always smiling and willing to provide with guidance and information to make the trip of guests as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend to change the coffee (to a better one). WiFi was working fast and well in the room, lobby, breakfast area. Very well located hotel...working distance towards main touristic attractions. The only thing which one could find disturbing is the fact that cars are not allowed on the street where the hotel is located, yet the reception team is always available to help you with the luggage to the closes location where a taxi can stop (literally 1 min walk). I will definitely consider staying at this hotel next time I will be in Istanbul.

If there was a locker room for the lugaages to keep after the check out then it would be helpful.we booked taxi from istanbul airport to hotel.

Worst hotel I stayed at. If you want a room with bed bugs this is the hotel you should go for, really bad breakfast and they don't have any spa.
