Your front desk receptionist's English is hard to understand, all over the world WIFI is available, but your resort only in the ground floor, not in the room or the pool, weird and very weird. Ants all over the patio and cigarette buds drops from higher floor to the first floor balconies, very disappointing, and when I told the front desk about it they send a cleaning lady to mob it, they were supposed to send a pest control to spray it. The next day I brought it to their attention and the same thing happened. On May 7th the food was very cold in at the buffet, and the guests almost were choking from the heavy smoke coming from the girl outside patio, so we left and went outside the

We used Mardy Hotel for one night, in order to leave early, so we can avoid the Istanbul traffic. It was a very nice place to rest for half a night before leaving, the room was clean and they had a nice parking lot just across the hotel. The staff was excellent, in close contact with us all the time.

There was a stale cigarette smell in the room but it wasn't a problem for such a short stay.

Came into Bodrum for a business trip all over the city and they were my pick for the Bitez district, when I compare here to other places I stayed at (Gumbet, Turgutreis etc.) price/performance wise they were the best. Kudos!

Great location (although on a very steep hill) Hotel staff is very kind and helpful!

They gave us a room with no natural light on the ground floor(basement) for the first night saying there was some kind of problem with the room that we booked. Next night we were placed in a much nicer room but still very little natural light unfortunately.
