We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure all our needs were met with a smile. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the late check-out, which was graciously accepted without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and a worry-free stay. Will definitely return!

We stayed for a night. The rooms were clean but small. Though there was a lot of noise from the street, one can understand this in a city like Istanbul, which is 24/7 awake. Very good position, with 15 min walk to main attractions( Mosques, Grand Bazaar, Seaside)

Excellent price under $30 per day for a newly built hotel, best choice for a 1 day stay, very helpful staff, short ride from the airport ($10-15 by yellow cab), plenty of places to have something to eat around the hotel.

Hotel sound isolation is quite poor, you will clearly hear the noise from outside traffic, airplanes and neighbors. The hotel offers you earplugs if you are comfortable using them.

The location is good and it has tour optionals which is convenient despite of more expensive than others. The girls' room we stayed in didn't have bunk beds, but all had single beds, which was great.

During my stay, most of the guests were women. However, the receptionist, an Afghan man, was very glib and unnecessary flirting. Maybe it was his unique sense of humor, but this style made me feel uncomfortable. However, other staff members are very nice, caring and chatting appropriately, and maintaining a very comfortable communication relationship. The wifi in the room is very bad. It can be said that there is no signal at all and can only be used outdoors, but the receptionist always try to strike up a conversation with us. The cost of washing clothes is very expensive, and the clothes are not dry when they are returned. The laundry service is terrible. Even if I stay in a hotel, I have never been charged such an expensive laundry fee. A good hostel should have a laundry machine attached. The equipment in the room was not good either. The light in the corridor outside the bathroom was broken and no one came to fix it. The lighting in the room was also extremely dim. They have kitchens, but they are not open to guests. However, the restaurants outside Goreme are more expensive than other places in Turkey, and the hostel kitchen is not allowed to be used by guests, which is very unfriendly.

Great location, close to metro station, many shops and restaurants, walking distance to the many attraction. Very nice people working in hotel, they change towels and sheets on daily basis.

We were not aware that Gumbet is a different city than Bodrum. Overall we didn't like the atmosphere in Gumbet. Weird looking tourists, roads lined up with cheap fake goods shops and we were constantly heckled to get inside and look Bodrum on the other hand is lively and has a very positive feeling.

I received a message from the property before our arrival saying that if we want to have dinner they can offer variety of meals, including fresh fish and suggested that we don’t need to go around looking for restaurants, they will take care for our comfort. Nothing like promised. The only meal they had were chicken wings, which were good to be honest. The restaurant closed at 8 pm, because “it’s not the season”. Breakfast was poor, couldn’t have coffee because the electricity kept going out.

We were not notified by the hotel when booking regarding how to behave upon arrival in Istanbul on the date of May 1, which coincides with the day of our arrival, which is considered the Labor Day holiday, as all transportation traffic was almost paralyzed, and we were not able to reach the hotel except by walking from Yankbay station to Taksim and with us. Travel bags, and that was very difficult and tiring. When we contacted the hotel to ask for their help in finding a way to reach the hotel, they told us that they could not do anything, but they were able to deduct the amount of the accommodation without notifying us in advance of the situation there.
