The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff during the day were very helpful and friendly. The lady working the breakfast was also great and kept the food stocked at all times.

The room had a slight musty smell but it wasn't unbearable. I think it may have been the AC.

Everything. It was nerve wrecking to say the least. Ask yourself why it’s the absolute cheapest place in Phoenix. Don’t mind the wrap on my arm. That’s just to prove I was there.

The layout of the room made it very easy to access property admities.

The bar area could be more private due to the property location (downtown Baton Rouge, Louisiana), high traffic area which is in the center of the traffic circle that provides access to all lower facilities in the area, including the city court house and Louisiana's State Capitol.

Condo was comfortable.

All pools and amenities were closed. Pools empty and lined with algae. Pool deck was in disrepair and closed off to beach.
