Great location right across from the beach, beautiful views especially from the 4th floor lounge area. Room 315 is gorgeous and spacious. Amazing private balcony with a table. Nice mini fridge. Enjoyed the coffee maker and tea kettle. The pool area and hot tub are nice. Keyless entry was convenient. Overall very swanky and luxurious!

The are where the Orel is located,it was very close to where we where going(Disney for 3 days)howeve had an emergency and had to check out too early.

The bed was quite lumpy and sagged a lot in the middle. We did not like that the bathroom door was full of blinds, and thus, was not solid and so did not offer any privacy.

When I got there , the lobby smelled like dog. the first room I walked into had dead roaches scatter across the room . the janitors didn’t understand english so I had to go to front desk and told them about it and they gave me another room on the 5th floor . The second room was dirty. There wasn’t a shower mat in the tub , the tub at the bottom was peeling and on top of that , pubic hair was still in the tub. so whoever clean the room didn’t clean it well . i had to to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and a mop to clean the room so I can get comfortable

I didn’t like the fact that we paid resort fees to include wifi, and we NEVER got wifi in our room even after troubleshooting it. I didn’t like that some of the staff in the bar and on the casino floor were incredibly rude, and I didn’t like when my daughter went to a security person for help, he took her into a room and started making out with her!!! Lastly, the hotel could not find my coat (with passport in the pocket) that I left in the room which cost me another night stay and another plane ticket home, plus I lost a days pay.

The price we booked from Booking.com is not the right price when we checked out from hotel, additional charge happened. and the room is not quiet enough for sleeping, the motor sound was too loud outside of the window which kept me awake for the whole night.
