I enjoyed the area and very comfortable surroundings. Shout out too the cleaning staff Thanks for the clean towels and soap and shampoo and always making sure we had clean things like taking out the garbage and giving extra cups for water,juice or coffee.

The 60.00 fee which I found ridiculous which could have just been charged with the room. The front staff were rude didn't give me a clear explanation of the fee No breakfast or food options We had to bring out the garbage ourselves.

The are where the Orel is located,it was very close to where we where going(Disney for 3 days)howeve had an emergency and had to check out too early.

The bed was quite lumpy and sagged a lot in the middle. We did not like that the bathroom door was full of blinds, and thus, was not solid and so did not offer any privacy.

Breakfast was bland. Afterhours staff was very rude. Hard to get water to refill our water bottles. Shower splashed everywhere and we had to mop up the water with extra towels.
