Nice place and exceptional customer service. The location is great, the hotel is nice, and most importantly, the customer service is top-notch. I arranged a small birthday surprise for my wife with the hotel’s help. The coordination and execution were handled professionally. A big thanks to the team for making it a success! Anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet location that is also very close to An Bang beach and just a short ride back into Hoi An Ancient Town should seriously consider this hotel! I just want to give a shout-out to the beautiful Ms. An, who went out of her way to help, and also to the lovely Ms. Bo and Mr. Huong. Great stay! I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Cititel Hotel! The hotel is in a great location, only 5 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and very quiet. The room is clean and comfortable. All the staff are extremely helpful and do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. We are extremely thankful to Alex who helped us book the best Halong Bay cruise trip for 2 days and 1 night. Great experience, we will definitely come back.

Hanoian Central is a nice and cosy place to stay. Room was clean and well keep. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful to advise you around the location. The breakfast was good and many varieties of food. The hotel was surrounded by nice street foods. Recommend to stay when you are in Hanoi.

After spending careful time trying to find a place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City we found the perfect place in Happy Life Grand Hotel and Sky Bar. Close to everything with amazing amenities. The staff were amazing especially Joy who was given the responsibility to advise hotel policy.

HLGH&SB cancelled our nominated room and gave it to another traveller 2 minutes before we arrived. They sent a message to say my booking and my credit card were in 2 different names so payment invalid. I recently married and it is not a requirement in Australia to change banking details over immediately. We were in a cab heading to the hotel and did not realise when the message came through. As soon as I got to the hotel with wifi access i updated all credit card details including CCV and I handed over my credit card but it was too late. Instead we went from a suite to a small room with no window. It had already been a stressful day and this just topped it off. I don’t normally complain but when I had a confirmed booking with advice of payment at hotel arrangement I sincerely thought there would be some consideration. Additionally my frustration also said on booking.com that there were 3 rooms left for the same suite we booked. Apart from the butter box option the hotel only offered us a chain hotel alternative. I felt very sorry for the staff member who had to be the front person for hotel policy. It also happened to another traveller. We were given an alternative accommodation option which was 2.1kms away from where we originally booked. Not a good experience.
