Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The light was too dim and at some moments we wished we had AC installed.
The room had plenty of space and was nicely decorated. The location is perfect and the price for the stay was fair. Also the service was always very helpful and open towards the customer.

There were no clean towels in the bathroom. I assume it's by accident, but still, one should be able to expect clean towels in any hotel.
Huge room, located right in the city center, enjoyable lobby with friendly staff!

I would have valued instant coffe and kettle in the room.
Good location, literally in the old town. Spacious room, no view for me particularly, however was quiet in the contrary.

There could've been a few more plugs. Slightly funky odour in bathroom.

The windows did not have any blinds so we woke up with the sun which is an issue in summer if you go out the night before. Would be nice to sleep longer
Very central location in the middle of the historical old down. We had a five person appartment and it was very huge. A little outdated but everything very clean.

not too many sockets in the room, breakfast choices were a bit limited, but I did appreciate that I was treated nicely by staff, both on arrival, during stay and at departure, no parking available near the hotel, but there are parking garages and spaces not too far away recommended by the hotel
very well located, right near the city center and within walking distance of all major attractions, very safe and fairly quiet, large and comfortable room and bed, breakfast included, nice staff, key access after 6 PM

Maybe some special event on the weekend I was there or the hotel is near some nightclub, but I could hear loud music from around midnight until after 8 am (the next day!). That was not good at all.
The room was great, and the hotel offered sauna, which was particularly nice for me. It is located right in the old town and within a walkable distance from the train station. Great for solo travel.

the facilities were a bit dated and so was the furniture in the rooms. it felt kind of eastern and 90s. the room was maybe even absurdly large, it didn't feel 'cozy' or welcoming somehow, but that's just me perhaps.
a very good location for pilsen. we had a very large room with a huge bathroom with a bathtub. i think it was the most expensive option available at the time of booking (two days before our stay). it was reasonably clean and offered all the usual stuff.

Room decor is a little dated, but functional, bed was comfortable. Room door has frosted glass so if you like super dark room to sleep. Bring a sleeping mask or get one at the DM downstairs.
I stay on the first floor, the room was large and comfortable. It had a king sized bed with plenty of room for a full size desk and a small seating area. Bathroom is roomy a well. But just a shower no tub which i don't mind. There is a electric towel rack that will dry your towel after a shower in couple of hours. No wet towel and they can abe warm all the time. Free wifi worked well. Friendly staff. The room has real air conditioning. So on a 27c day the room stayed cool. Best thing is location. You are 100ft from the main cathedral. Walking distance to everything. The Pilsen Urquall brewery is just a 15 min walk. It was a great deal for what you get for under 50 euro a night. All the bars and restaurants are a short walk. It exceed my expectations for a sub 50 euro a night room. If you do not mind a dated decore, it is a comfortable stay and fantastic value.

Our room was on the first floor and we had to carry luggage up the stairs
Enjoy Inn has a lovely entrance into reception with very welcoming members of staff. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with a window into reception hall which has a beautiful skylight. The accomodation in right in the middle of town with everything in comfortable walking distance. Luggage storage was provided.

Great location in the city center, the room was very big and very clean. The staff was ready to assist, providing all info and super available. I will come back in Pilsen and surely I will try to stay again in this hotel.
