Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Jiri, the host was super kind. He was always supportive whenever we had questions. The location was also very good as both tram and subway were 3-min walk from the property.

HungaryThere were some ants probably because of the weather, because it was raining a lot. The owner assured they will add traps for them. Otherwise it was awesome.
It was really nice and comfortable!

SpainThe toilet is a bit small, for 5-6 people to share might be a bit uncomfy.
The location is good, close to metro station and tranvía. The common space of the living room is comfortable and provides lots of sunlight from big windows. Beds are comfy. Host Jiri is very helpful and professional, responds fast and is very efficient.

SlovakiaEasy to find key locker box. Host provided detail instructions together with photos of key locker box location. There is a public free parking in front of appartment. We loved location of public transport (both underground and tram). There is also a shop next to the station and kids playgroun right in front of apartment. Everything great!

SerbiaThe apartment location is good. We could walk to the city centre and back. It is warm and comfy. It has everything you need from the kitchen equipment. It is clean. Easy access. It is on the ground floor, has a big lovely terrace, and if you come to Prague when it is warm you can enjoy the beautiful view and quietness. The host is very kind and provides all the instructions. Good value for the price.

IsraelCleanliness! Dishes were dirty. I wash them anyway before I use them, but it's not really nice to see. The owner said that he could send someone to clean, but again, I prefer to wash it myself. The dishwasher is also very dirty. I didn't even want to use it. The filter should also be cleaned once in a while because the food leftovers that stuck there become very smelly.
We stayed in 2 different apartments at Invalidovna apartments, and if the first stay(2 bedroom apt) was great, the second was less. The 2 remained nights we "moved" (1 floor above) to the standard apartment(that's how the host named it here), and as the name implies, it really is standard! There's no sofa, TV. It has a washing machine but nowhere to dry the clothes afterward(no drying rack or simple ropes at the balcony). The queen bed is not comfortable. I had back pain even for a few days afterward. Now don't get me wrong, it's still a very nice apartment but in my opinion suitable more for short stays. A few touch-ups from the host can make the place more cozy and welcoming( like the 2-bedroom apartment). If you book( and you should because the location is great and Jiri, the host, is really attentive and always try to help) try to book the 2 bedroom or the one bedroom on the ground floor. Plus, both times we checked in earlier without any problem or extra payment. Definitely will book here again.

Great apartment just outside the city center, near the tram and metro station. The apartment is small but has everything required for a weekend stay. There is free parking across the street you just have to find a spot. Overall a good experience. ☺️

IsraelThe cleanliness could be better. There were parts in the toom that obviously weren't clean for a long time. Not all the lamps worked. And the king bed was very noisy
The location is very good. Metro and tram within 3 minutes walk. There's also a supermarket market at the same place. Very quiet neighborhood with little playground for kids(our kids enjoyed). We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. It's very cozy and of a good size. Suitable for family with 2 kids

Polandonly small recommendation to add 1-2 kitchen towels;) and capsules to the dishwasher;)
Wonderful place with all necessary equipment inside. Very clean rooms, kitchen and bathroom with hot water. In the kitchen all stuff available. Apartment is very close to the metro station and then in 2-3 stops you are in the city center. Our host gave us the key in the locker with the code so we were able to do all tasks with check in on our own.

IrelandJust one minor quibble. The holder for the shower head needed to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was fine.
The apartment was comfortable and clean (and the two bedrooms a good size). The neighbourhood seemed quiet and safe. The facilities were good (dishwasher, air conditioner, washing machine, electric hob, hairdryer, microwave etc.). The ice cube tray in the freezer was a nice small touch. :) There was an Albert supermarket nearby and the Invalidovna metro station is very close also, which made getting around Prague easy on public transport.

SwitzerlandI would totally recommend these apartments for you. Very clean, modern and cozy place with all the stuff you would want to fullfill your daily needs. The bathroom is well equipped, very nice and comfortable. Bedroom has not much space, but just enough to fit one or two people comfortably without any problem. The main room has kitchen, which allows you to cook and heat you food without any restrictments. All the furniture is very modern and easy to use. There is also a sleeping sofa that can be used as another bed if you're staying with your friend. The room has some space, so you won't be feeling tight. There is also a whole wardrobe-room to store your clothes and luggage, which is extremely convenient, especially because it allows you to save some space under the bed or anywhere else in the room. Never forget about the air conditioner: if you're travelling in summer, it will save you from the heat outside (tested with the outdoor temperature 36°C👍). The owner was very supportive and hospitable, always ready to help and solve any problems you might encounter during your stay. So if you're wondering, which apartments to choose for your trip to Prague, you might want to consider these.

GermanyCollecting the keys, while clearly described, was a bit of an adventure. This isn't a real negative, but just a note that having to go to two different entrances and enter multiple codes was a bit of a faff!
The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The main highlight for me was the bathroom with an excellent high-powered shower and bidet. Communication was clear and easy and the host was flexible with our arrival and departure times.
