Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We have a low noise tolerance so we found the room facing the street very loud. The sound proof within the hotel is also quite poor. But the room facing the courtyard is much better, very peaceful.
The location is great, tucked away from the crowded streets but still very central. The staff were very helpful, thank you Kate, Artem and Evzen! The room facing the courtyard had a beautiful view.

Rooms were too hot at night Bit of noise from street meant closing windows (not a problem for noise, just for heat) Huge fan provided but it was too loud to use

Rooms are bit smaller cause the building itself is small one in a small street but not a problem if you don’t have soo much luggage.
Good service provided by the breakfast/bar ladies, reception and also cleaning ladies who took care of our room. Hotel is in a centre so there was some noise from the outside but i guess that’s normal. Evgen and Betka at the front desk were very nice about stuff that we needed and knew a lot of info about things we asked about the city so big shout-out

The service was outstanding! Thanks to Ahmed, Evzen ans Betka for being very kind and helpfull. Very good service with the free bikes. All of the hotel was clean and welcoming. We will definately stay here again!

The only issue we had was that each morning we went down for breakfast, we had to explain that the breakfasts for all our family group were included, as for some reason, only one of our two rooms was listed, and each time, the staff member on duty had to check with the staff on reception before we could be seated. It seemed strange that the mistake wasn't rectified the first time, or even the second time! However, it's a small thing, and the breakfast was worth waiting for!
The location was perfect for walking around the beautiful city of Prague. The rooms, though compact, were light and airy, clean and functional. A highlight of our stay was the magnificent breakfast buffet selection, even having sparkling wine at the weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the generous added touches of a welcome bottle of wine, as well as vouchers for free drinks, a voucher for a discount at Cafe Louvre, bottled water at check in and check out, plus souvenir fridge magnets and a voucher towards a future stay, made us feel very special! We'd happily stay here again.
