In Landal Marina you will NOT find towels in the bathroom and the kitchen. It was a BIG suprise. The size of the fridge was another suprise, especially for the apartment. Photo is attached.

Lipno Area is one of the best in Czechia for a short vacation near water and forest.

Parking around the apartments is difficult in the top season, especially due to the parking skills of some of the guests, that simply are able to take 2 places with 1 car. Maybe some parking lines would help some of the clumsy guests

Location is excellent, basically no car needed to get to many interesting attractions. The beach was nice, also suitable with smaller children and the water quality in the lake was good

Little bit noisy. We had to put the sheets on the bed and at the end of the stay remove the bed linen by ourself. Old bathroom. No towels.

The only thing you take care about is that no towels are included and you have to book it for extra charge or get your own.

Apartment Hotel, The apartments are equipment with everything you would need from appliances to even dishwasher soap. There are a lot of nearby activities, first of all the apartments are right on the lake, so great in summer, also in winter it's 100 m walking from the Skiing (you can rent everything from there), and of course a lot of Kids activities including outdoor and indoor play grounds as well as an indoor swimming pool. Supermarket and restaurants are also on the door step.

If you plan to stay here, remember that towels, soap, basic spices (salt, sugar) are not included. In the winter season bring your own slippers as even with working heating the floor is ceramic and is incredibly cold.

Very nice and comfy apartment close to Lipno dam, ski slope and restaurants. The accommodation was clean, equipped with dishes and cooking utilities. It was possible to park the car close to the apartment.

The apartment is relatively old, the stairs are very noisy, and the beds are ok but the pillows are not comfy. There is no air conditioning. These apartments certainly require modernization/complete reconstruction.

Overall very nice family vacation, with a good location, and a great price. Value for money is also great, we had a 4-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. Beds are made for an extra charge. Relatively clean apartment and also equipped with everything you need. You can get children's chairs, and beds also for an additional charge.

Onsite gokf was pretty much broken and nkt very welcoming and other areas of play coukd do with updatjng and repairs for the money expect mkre upkeep

Matteraces were too soft for us. Equipment such as towels, hairdryer are for extra price, but that we were informed about in advance. There is nothing too much to complain about.

Good location few meters away from marina, restaurant, beach, reception and cable way leading to the top of the mouintain with view tower and fun park for kids. Nice cool apartment during hot sunny days. Well equipped kitchen, large modern TV, comfy balcony. Fair price compared to other offers. Many attractions for kids including organized everyday program. Clean water in the lake and comfortable beach.

no possibility to regulate the gas heater - was running still on full load, was very noisy even during night. The kids ski-pass is very expensive one.

Sauna was a disappointment. Both premises and working hours.

Location is great, by the lake, ski slopes and swiming pool nearby. Stodola is a great place with tasty food and great beer fresh from the tank!

Location is great, on the banks of the lake and 10 minutes by foot to ski lift. You can even go for a nice trips around Lipno area, or even tracks, if you go along Vltava river it is only downhill :)

There were no towels and the water pressure was really low. You could rent the towels from the reception for quite a high fee. I think these days towels, bed linnens and enough toilet paper should be included in the accommodation fee.

Basic Amenities were missing in the Apartment. There was only one Single small Towel in the bathroom and there was no soaps or anything like that in the Bathroom , Balcony needs more cleaning , Chairs in the balcony was very dusty and Balcony itself was dirty.

Location of Property is a big Bonus , it is right in front of the lake and easily accessible to all the main attractions around.Apartment was very Spacious and the beds were very Comfortable.
