Friendly staff and room is clean. Room is big enough. Breakfast is included and amount is sufficient for us. Bus and train are nearby and is convenient for traveling. Many cafe and restaurants are also surrounding the hotel

A lovely place with a very convenient location. Easily reached by a tram or a walking distance from the Wenceslas` square. My room was small, but had everything I needed for a short stay. Rooms come without the ac, so that might pose an issue for someone during summer.

The hotel met all expectations - the other reviews were really helpful and accurate. The room was clean, a little hot but we turned off the radiators and slept with window open which helped. Breakfast was super busy so we only ate it on the last day when we checked out early for our flight. Great location within easy walking distance to everything. Highly recommend for the price especially.

We've arrived before the check in and the receptionist kindly allowed us to enter the room earlier, which was highly appreciated. They also have a luggage room available, which we used after we checked out, since our flight departed only in the evening. The hotel is well located, easy access to public transportation. The room was comfortable and clean, good breakfast. I truly recommend it!

We lived on the 5th floor which meant that the roof was sloping so we didn’t have much space we could normally walk around. The interior design is really old (like 1980s). Coffee is really bad.

It was quite clean, in a quiet area, close to the old town and city centre, breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly.

The small restaurant really is one of the biggest problems of this hotel as you actually have to depend on people finishing their 2 hour wake-up coffee to empty up their seat. It also doesn't matter if you go to breakfast before or after 9, it's always full. Wi-fi could be better.

The hotel is in the center of the city. The reception works 24/7 so you can leave your key in the hotel and not risk losing it. People at the reception are very pleasant and helpfull too. The room is as advertised, very clean, the bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. It's in an actally pretty quiet neighborhood if you don't count the sirens going off every day. Our room was free before the check-in and we could leave the luggage at the hotel after.

Great location, great transport links. The breakfast was basic but very nice! Bedrooms and bed was a good size. And the hot, very large shower was the highlight after a long day !

Hard to push/heavy entrance door. Very tight elevator - but cute/unique.

I really loved the service, people were helpful and kind all the time. The room was super clean and cozy, and the breakfast was very good.

Not enough hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes when showering. The breakfast room is too small and can't fit all the guests if the hotel is fully booked. People had to wait for tables to free up before they could sit and have breakfast.

Great location - on a quiet street close to the old city centre, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and the staff was very pleasant.
