Everything about the property was amazing except for our booking process through booking.com which gave errors two times and we managed to book at the 3rd time but with a higher price. I guess this was booking.com issue and had nothing to do with the hotel and I’m hoping they will solve it as soon as possible. Booking customer service is so slow and bad and I’m disappointed with their post-purchase service.

The hotel was really good. The staff were friendly. The rooms were even nicer than the photos. They were really responsive all the time. The breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will choose it again for our stay in Prague.

The hotel is newly refurbished to a very high spec. Our room was immaculately clean, was newly decorated to a high standard and beds were so comfortable. Salian at reception was amazing from the moment we arrived, he was so welcoming and his warm, friendly personality was infectious. He is an excellent asset to your hotel please pass on my thanks to him from myself and my wife :)

Bar prices are very high unfortunately, even compared to the town-centre tourist-traps; bizarrely, the health suite in the hotel sells beer cheaper! Hotel car park was a bit of a building site and very uneven, bays not properly marked so parking was a bit haphazard, I would imagine spaces are at a premium in the height of tourist season.

I booked this online as I knew it was reasonably close to the airport and, with a morning flight home planned, I didn't want to fight my way through Prague's rush-hour traffic. I have to say I was absolutely amazed at what great value this turned out to be, especially with breakfast and access to the health suite and pool included in the cost of the room. Staff were friendly and helpful (very high praise to Daniela at reception who was just such an absolutely lovely person), all took time to help us as needed and were conversational without being intrusive. The room was fresh and clean with everything needed for an overnight stay, no noise from outside despite being fairly close to a main transport route through town. The health suite and swimming pool are modern with a good amount of fitness and weights equipment available in a fairly small area, the pool however wouldn't be suitable for families with young children as it is a uniform depth of 1.6m throughout (5'2"). Breakfast was amazing, an absolute feast available catering from the very healthy nut, fruit and yoghurt options to the 'fill-me-up' fried food of sausages, bacon and eggs with pretty much everything else in between. I have been very happy with my stay here and will certainly be booking again in future when visiting Prague.

I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. I found something I can only upload 4 photographs which doesn't serve it Justice. I have 10 photographs of the breakfast area alone.

Probably one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in. It most definitely had the best breakfast ever, the choice was just unbelievable so many things to choose from. Four different coffee machines and a separate barrista area for speciality coffees. This hotel more likely should be a five star hotel just for the breakfast alone. I took plenty of photographs of the breakfast area so that you can see for yourself. Bath robes and a coffee maker with capsules and also for tea making.

The friendly staff who received us warmly and helped us with even knowing how to get around the city, esp. "Vladimir" who speaks Persian. He helped a lot and made our stay even better. - Location : Although it is not in the city center, it is quite close (less than 2min walk) from a tram station, and less than 20 minutes tram from the city, so not an issue at all to visit. Not much restaurant around, but a convenient store 1min away which can be quite useful - Breakfast: Breakfast was very nice and diverses, a real plus when visiting - Gym: As to people going regularly to the gym, the hotel gym was really nice and better than in many other hotel, so a real plus for us - Staff: Everyone was friendly and helpful
