We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicParking is available for a surcharge. However, we were parking on a pavement. Some of the employees don't understand a Czech. The hotel is located a little bit further from the city centre.
I really enjoyed the beautiful spa. It was opened nearly all day with a variety of activities. Also, the room was very spacious and a great choice of breakfast.

The breakfast is buffet. The wellness it's fine when it's not full of people. Its a good hotel to spend a weekend. More than two night it could be boring.

United KingdomI had a bit of problem with wifi which was resolved quite quickly.
The hotel and facilities of hotel are great, everything what you expect from vacation (including treatments & procedures). The location is ok, it is on the "edge" of the centre of town but it gives you more quiet area (not too many tourists as it is in centre), it is close to park, very nice for walks. It is still close to everything what you would like to visit as tourist.

Czech RepublicWell, the additional fee for the Lux room was too high and the terrace to which we had access from the Lux room did not feel comfortable at all - no privacy, too large, no flowers in the containers. The evening buffet meals were so-so.
We liked the location best. Also breakfast was excellent, and the swimming pool and the spa facilities were great too. We had a very good time when the singers duo gave a performance on the terrace.

GermanyThere was no organisation during the breakfast. There was almost no description of the food and you have to guess what is on the plate. The staff doesn't help you much when they see that you are lost, which made a bad impression on me. The spa centre is nice, but the water in the pool is very cold.
The hotel is beautiful itself. The rooms are super big I loved the big bathroom. The bed is really comfortable. The location is nice but not so near the city centre as we thought. Although the place is super quiet and it is perfect for relaxation.

HungaryThe walls were quite thin in a room so we could hear our neighbours watching TV.
The hotel is gorgeous and located in the most spectacular and calm part of Karlovy Vary. Its huge, but security guy/butler was nise and helped us with luggage and showed the way to our room. Staff speaks english, german, russian languages. Some of them speaks only czech and russian, but it's not a problem, cause they all are very helpful. We reall liked old-fashioned design of the hotel and rooms. They allowed to stay with a dog for 10 euro per night. Breakfasts were tasty, nice bakery! Spa opened after 14:00 and it's pretty good (free for guests). We liked wet sauna and salt room a lot :) Also they have billiard (also free for guests) so we played a couple rounds :)

Spain- Single bad is very narrow. - Food in the restaurant are very primitive and done without soul. You eat- just don’t be hungry. Take a cook from some city restaurants! - Low quality of shampoo in the bathroom and shower, in the most places it is just liquid soap instead of shampoo and shower gel. - Staff, most in restaurant and reception - need a lot of training! Make remarks to guests, dictate terms, do not fulfill requests on time. Total amateur! The staff destroyed the atmosphere of the property. Territory around property need attention.
Location - nice daily promenade to the town. Except-able level of Spa treatments.

CanadaThe pool with the mineral water wasn't working. I booked this stay as a birthday present for my mother. So it was a total surprise for my parents and of course they didn't know all the financial details and nuances at Parkhotel Richmond... Me neither... Can you imagine their disappointment and frustration when they heard from the receptionist that they had to pay the half of the price at the end of their stay? I believe that no matter what situation the customers are in, they deserve proper customer service and respect. My parents were treated as if they were teenagers... We were not informed at the beginning of the stay that the price would be split into two parts. If I knew that, I would have solved it immediately and my mother wouldn't have gone through all the unnecessary stress. Plus, it's a birthday present. It is logical that whoever books the stay at the hotel pays the entire amount. This lack of communication and poor customer service cancelled all the positive experience while staying in the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary.
Breakfast was very tasty, especially the cappuccino. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Special thanks to Petra for arranging the fruit plate and sparkling wine.

GermanyThe Spa facilities were underwhelming and unfortunately some parents allow their kids to treat the pool and jacuzzi like a splash pool (even bringing pool noodles). Our room had a musty smell coming from the bathroom and we could hear a lot of noise from 6am onwards (running and screaming kids kept us awake).
Great balcony attached to our room and it was relatively dog friendly (they would not provide a proper water bowl so we had to make do with a saucer). The food in the cafe was good and the restaurant staff were nice.

This was my second stay and it was really great again. Amazing wellness area, great location, spotless room, nice staff. Will definitely come back.

Czech RepublicNot being able to book any spa treatment at a spa hotel is not acceptable. Treatments must be booked days or weeks in advance. Night shift doesn’t speak English and no service provided after 10 o’clock in the evening.
Pool and spa area is nice. Day shift is very helpful and smiling.
