Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The owners are very welcoming, easy to communicate. The bed and pillows comfortable to have a good night sleep after long ride. Good breakfast.

it was a very hot day, so the air conditioner were running all night. the air conditioner worked quite loudly, but it was not hot to sleep.
Breakfast was great. The coffee was grea too. I will definitely stay again next time.

The only thing was strange - a bath. Usually you find a shower and shower is more comfortable place for evening and morning routines.
We stayed only for 1 night. We had cosy and quiet apartment. Good breakfast, better than you could expect in such small pension, and very good coffee.

Second time here. As cozy as last time, the same delicious wines in the wine cellar as last time. It's already addicting, should visit again next time I pass through the Czech Republic.

The only problem - the village is tiny, so there is no place to have a supper in the evening. However, there is a small cafe about 800 m-1 km away, which offers some selection of food.
It was the second time that I stayed at Penzion Miromar. It is conveniently located for Lednice-Waltice and Krtiny. Lovely place, friendly owners, comfortable big room, adequate breakfast.

Clean place. Comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom nice and clean. Very friendly host. Free parking on the street. You can not pay with card, but thats not really a problem. Nice simple breakfast included.

I guess our biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Booking.com has the breakfast rated as superb (9.1) but it is a rather simple breakfast they offer. Yes, there is some variety but everything is just basic. Example the pastries are not fresh, they are store bought and wrapped in plastic, the bread is either a plain roll or sliced bread, corn flakes for cereal etc. There is no fruit whatsoever. So the breakfast is quite good but no where near what I would call superb. Which in the end is not a big deal, it's just we were excited for something we thought would be a bit better. Besides breakfast, one side of our bed had springs that were broken so it would sink at one spot and the shower is very small. Also you can't pay by card. Only cash
We had a nice stay. The staff are very friendly, the room is quite big and clean. We travelled with our baby and there was plenty of room to set up his travel cot. The pension is located in a small village and it is a quiet place. There is a grocery store about 2 minutes walk away. The village is located near the main attractions (Lednice, Valtice, Mikulov etc.) The wifi in the room is very good. There is a small fridge. There are mosquito nets on the windows which is amazing!!! There are never screens on tje windows and the bugs always come into our rooms which I hate so this was a BIG plus for me. We could leave the windows open all the time without worrying that misquitoes would come bite us. Parking was free and nearby.

The interior breakfast room is a little tight, so the stay is best enjoyed in fair weather.
Excellent value for money, very friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. All in all, a fantastic place to disconnect.

Our room was quite small, also, the standalone AC device in it was very loud.
Wonderful hosts, beautiful garden and terrace :) What's more, there's a wine cellar in the building. The breakfast was simple but quite good. There are a few convenient stores and ATM nearby.

The only minor thing: we were very cold during the night :( The season might be to blame.
Really nice breakfast, super clean, the owner seemed like a truly great guy. Huge plus: we saw a little hedgehog in the yard at night :)

Unfortunately limited soudproofing.
Good value for the money. Rooms are situated under the roof, so it can get a bit hot, but the roomm had an AC. Very nice staff.

Everything else. 60 euros is theft for such a poor place. The "apartment" lacked everything from lighting to shower. The table was not lit, it's hard to write. It was shaky and very squeking. The shower was kinf of sitting in the tub. No tea or coffee (kettle was, unusable). Of the two beds, only one was made, so two men slept together. They sent us to their restaurant for dinner which turned out to be a disaster.
