Room # 8 - The shower cubicle was too small (we are average size). We had 2 single bed doona’s on a king size bed.

Loved the location. Short stroll to the Old Town. Unique boutique hotel with great staff. Amazing view from our room - room # 8.

There is no any sort of sound or impact isolation, since it's a villa ("family house" with few rooms) and not a hotel in real terms (you can hear even whisperings from other rooms and you can feel everybody's movement). Breakfast could be improved. Slightly overpriced.

Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed, nice view, kind staff members. Parking available in front of villa. Very close to center of beautiful Krumlov.

Everything was excellent! The staff was very nice and welcoming. Very big family suite with 2 rooms. Cleaness level 10/10. Breakfast was very nice. Location is excellent! The hotel has a private parking and is a 5 minute walk to the old town. Definitely will be back again!

To take a shower was uncomfortable, because there is a sloping wall because of the roof.

I often was in Krumlov - this is the Best hotel in town! Take room John Lennon, you have a balcony and a great view over the Old City and the castle. When I'll Come again, than here :-)

It is a 10 minute walking distance to the entrance of the city and the hotel might feel a little bit secluded. But the surroundings is very quiet and the place has private parking. I got the feeling that they are a little short of staff. There is no person in the reception present all the time which I could see annoyed people checking in and out. The place had a lot of locks which means that you have to have a key all the time to get in through the gates and all the doors.

Very flexible and friendly staff. They are going the extra mile for you. The surroundings were beautiful with a nice garden to relax. I was staying at the family room and it is perfect for a family since it has two separate bed rooms and a sharing bath. Both rooms and the bathroom is big. Very modern tastefully furnished with the rock star twist which I found refreshing without being to much. There is a self service at the bar based on trust which is nice.

You have to go through steep slopes before you can reach the place (but I guess it is still better than pushing one’s luggage through the bumpy roads in the Old Town of Český Krumlov) Lack of ventilation fan in the toilet

The room is well equipped with almost everything you need, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. The location is perfect with a free private parking area, 10 minutes walk to the centre of this beautiful scenic town.

We had 2 rooms, eventually one of them not used, it had a really bad smell from drainage. I did mention it at check-out, but all I got was a shrug - the beds were quite uncomfortable, soft floppy, the pillows were terrible - the mini-bar has not been replenished during our stay which is unthinkable elsewhere. Why would I not want to buy more stuff from the fridge? We’ll never know. - we could hear every word from an adjacent room, people were talking (not even too loud) but the walls did not stop any sound.

Location was good, in a calm area, a bit of an uphill walk to the center - the building old but nicely refurbished, rooms well lit and with good views - personnel was helpful at check-in - good breakfast

Lovely room, very quiet, private parking, short walk to the main town although uphill on the way back if your not very fit On our last day we left before breakfast but the lady kindly made up some rolls for us Would stay again if in the area
