You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PolandMy room was at another building, so no pijama breakfast. I couldn't connect to WiFi it was always in a need of some identification that didn't work. Kettle and cups would be great to have in a room.
Breakfast!! The selection of food is amazing, though coffee machine would be great to have! Interiors! I'd love to check each room, it's something extra! Mine was luxurious. Bed and pillows let me sleep like a baby. Really nice ladies at the reception and at the breakfast area. Clean washroom. It's super clean!

Also the toilet was crammed into a space with hardly any room either side which made life difficult. If there was any one thing that put me off the Hotel was this facility.
