The cost of parking €15 is a bit steep for an open air car park. Reception guy was a little unfriendly when I arrived

Location, right on the river Bank of the Rhine great walk along the boardwalk, where there iscan ice cream place, up into the park and on into the town area. Rooms were clean and tidy, the bathroom was large and a great shower.

You may not like the 10 minute walk to the station or that the hotel is a bit isolated, but it was fine with us as walking travellers

Lovely simple hotel right on the banks of the Rhein. Short walk and then train/tram journey into Cologne. Spacious room with nice views. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Nice budget stay if you are happy to travel into the city as a tourist.

Unfortunately no aircon and it was very hot in the room. I booked with the option "pay at the hotel", but in the end my card was charged automatically.

Price was good for one night. Has private parking. Shops and train station nearby.

The balconies connect to other rooms which isn’t very safe. They said they are doing work on this so many that will be fixed soon! A simple divider would fix the problem. Would be nice to have a fridge in room and a way to call reception instead of having to walk down.

The place is really next to heavy industry area which is not reflexted on photos. They charge 10eur/extra for parking per day which is also not typical for such a small village.

Although the room was fully equipped it was very minimally furnished and a bit uncozy.

The room was clean and spacious and there was good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of choice.

Cleaning staff came knocking a bit before 9 AM already, and hurried us out of the room at 10.20, while the check out time was 11.00…

Nice location if you’re by car, it takes a while to get to Köln city center with public transportation but it’s possible. Very nice room and very clean.

The windows was pretty dirty.

I didn´ eat breakfast in the hotel. The location was fne, but th eroom could benefit from a small coffee table and an extra chair to go with the couch.

Unfortunately the elevators where not working and we were staying on the 3rd floor. Getting the kids up after a full day of walking was a bit challenging but we made it. Overall a great hotel, but the elevator was indeed a miss.

Perhaps, a few options for vegetarian food would have been amazing for breakfast, maybe the preference can be asked while checking in so as to manage amount of food. 10 euros seems a bit much when bread and 1 or 2 others are the only vegetarian options.

Put some aria or town map in the reception it could be useful.

The location is absolutely beautiful You should put more variety of meat in the morning because only pork is not enough.som people don't eat pork.

Low cost approach. Bar closed no restaurant for dinner in hotel. This is a pitty because the hotel is well situated at the river Rhein. Good restaurant facilities in vicinity.
