Shower doors are not watertight and the bathroom floor gets wet easily. The room gets quite warm and it is a bit noisy. The sound isolation with the window closed was unfortunately quite poor.

The location was perfect for me. The room was very well equipped, modern and comfortable. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away.

They didn’t clean the room for 3 nights No an easy access to the reception or lobby ( we need to exit the building to reach to the reception and they are not available all the time, only during working hours

Good service at the reception. Entrance to the building by card only. Room clean, enough for a couple of days. There is a mini kitchen, you can cook something for yourself, but no electric kettle or microwave. The kettle can still be replaced, but if you need to heat something from ready food, it is unlikely that you will be able to do it. This was not an inconvenience to us as we were only staying for one night. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean compared to the train station. We paid an extra 10 euros for a doggy. There is a shop not far from the hotel - 500 metres away. You can have a coffee in the morning at the reception. Also note that the reception is a separate small building right in front of the hotel.

In the first night, the aircon in my bathroom was very noisy. However, the next morning, they had it repaired within an hour after I had reported it. Well done!

There is wonderful coffee at the reception area. There is fresh fruit available at reception. They allowed me to check out 30 minutes late.

It's my second time at this place. The studio is nice and has a small kitchen where you can prepare fast meals. The room is comfortable and clean, and everything seems new. The staff is very friendly and the location is close to the train station, 5 minutes from de city center by public transport.

I didn't like there was no elevator.

The location is close to the west gate of Frankfurtmesse, you can walk to, 15-20min distance, there is supermarket close by as well 5 min walk. The kitchen is OK with all utensils and a fridge. The room was warm and clean, and the construction site across the street wasn't loud, although it might be due to low temperature during my stay.

I had difficulty adjusting the heating so the room was not as warm as I would have like (it was December and snowing). At this time, after 10pm there was no one on reception to assist me.

The room was a newly build self contained apartment in a managed block. The facilities were very good and the cleanliness was exceptional.

The single room is really small, the picture looks bigger than the actual size. It is more like a student residence in Germany. REALLY SMALL!! and there is no elevator - no cleaning service - reception is outside the building - wifi is not stable- soundproofing is not good

The location is great, close to the train station and not far from the main train station as well. The overal room rate is good.

It was very well located for Gallus station, so could get in and out of the city centre and beyond very easily. Despite being close to the station, the area was quiet. The room was comfortable, with enough cooking equipment to make meals.

In my apartment shower was with curtain, so when you take a shower, some water falls on the bathroom floor. As proposal, leave the floor close, so guest can clean the floor if needed (or use one of the towels).

Very nice hotel, friendly personal, free tasty coffee and fruits (bananas, apples) on the reception, nice tables where you can drink cofee on the fresh air. Room is comfortable, kitchen has all things which you may need (dishes, dish soap, sponge, towel etc.).

The internet did not work at all. I had to work from the room and needed to use a lot of my mobile data for that. There was a construction site on front of my window which was very noisy while working. Also it was way too hot in the room during the day with no aircon.
