No fan or AC - would be stifling in summer. In addition, the windows can't be opened for a breeze because staff and guests constantly smoke right next to the building, and the smoke trickles inside the moment you crack a window. Very unpleasant. Despite enjoying the building, I wouldn't book it again because of this. However, we do come from a country where it is illegal to smoke within 6 meters of a building to avoid smoke entering. If you are used to the smell of smoke, you may not mind. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room. There was only 1, although there was plenty of space for 2. We paid for a small kitchenette, but it's pretty much unusable as there are very few supplies. (1 pan, 2 knives, etc). The room was not very clean. Hairs on bed and the floor and baseboards were very dirty. Dropping a backpack or shorts onto the floor - I would have to brush off dirt right after we arrived, which was unpleasant.

Great breakfast, see if you can add it to your room when booking. The patio is very nice and the staff are very good. Loved having two comforters for a couple and a very comfy bed.

The only thing I could say is that it would have been fab to have something in the room to make tea or coffee but this isn’t really an issue as you can always purchase one from the bar or head out.

The property is close to U&S Bahn and tram connections making it quick to get into central Munich. It was a peaceful area and the atmosphere in the communal bar area downstairs was relaxed, good music and always clean. I loved the design of the hotel which felt modern but warm - not clinical. What made the stay for me was the always friendly and helpful team - a massive credit to the Hotel. As a solo traveller the warmth of a friendly welcome and chats made a real difference to my day.

20 euros each for the breakfast was a bit expensive. However, there are plenty of supermarkets close by (netto, lidi). Also, there was a lovely bakery at the bottom of the street.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The location was very good. The s bahn station was around 500 metres away. Which was very easy to use.. We had a room with a balcony, which was well worth it sitting watching the sun setting. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

It was a bit too cold in the room. We found the breakfast a bit pricey per person considering it had standard buffet offered at any other hotel for cheaper. It would have been nice if the rooms had coffee or tea in the rooms available. They don't accept cash, only card.

It was at a very reachable place, the staff was really nice, the studio has a nice view from the balcony. Parking outside is free on the weekends, otherwise there is a garage for 10 EUR a day.

The hotel is clean and well-equipped, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The value for money is perfect. The staff were awesome and friendly. The receptionist took time to explain how to get to the historical center and was very helpful.
