We were in town for the marathon, choice was limited or expensive. We chose the hotel for its location as it was near to a metro/underground. The room was clean, good size beds, mini bar

I asked the staff 4 times for an iron and never received it. Very annoying as I had a conference one of the days I was there and had to wear a less than ideal un-straightened shirt.

Shower wasn’t the best, shower head was leaking, water was on the floor after taking the shower. Plus sink was leaking a bit. Also never found a TV remote, did mention it to the reception but nothing was done. Overall still a good stay, could have had a kettle for some coffee/tea in the room.

The view from the window was really nice. Comfy beds and free drinks in the mini bar.

The shower cabin was a bit small, the TV had not so many International channels.

The room was spacious enough, in amazing location with shopping, bars and restaurants. Respect for the free Mini Bar in the room and some free stuff in the lobby each day like small bottle of wine, apples, Haribo gummy bears. Strong 8 points out of 10.

We received an upgrade for a better room (junior suite) instead of the standard room, but we got the standard room at the end. I don't know why.

It's a animal friendly place, a cat that lives there and goes where she wants. The room was good and welcoming, the TV was massive and drinks and soaps were free.

Bar facilities were limited. Cannot rely on getting a drink in the Hotel in evening. No tea and coffee facilities in room but reception lent me a kettle.

My room was large and airy and bed large and comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. Good powerful hot shower. Good size towels and toiletries supplied. Complimentary drinks in room fridge. Free decent WiFi. Location was in a quiet side street but very near to shops, bars and restaurants - 2 mins walk. Receptionists - especially Luca - were all friendly and helpful. Nice quiet conservatory seating area. Metro station nearby - 3 minutes walk.

The made a mistake with the room reservation and firstly directed us to a already occupied room. That was shocking. Then they upgraded our room to a suite. However the suite was extremely dusty and one sink was not working, filled with trash and water, which was disgusting.

The location is perfect. It is a quite and peaceful neighbourhood.

room does not get cleaned while staying. toilet paper is not replenished. people inside the spa can lock it from within making it difficult to enter.

The maintenance and the service are not the best... There were a few things broken in the room, and even after asking to be fixed, no one came out to fix it The shower hose was spraying water all over, and the curtains were broken. Cold air came in from the window and chilled the room... There was no coffee or kettle in the room, and when asking for one, they say they don't have The king-size bed was great, but there were two separate blankets - asking for one did not help. The pillows were very soft and asking for a firmer one, did not help, they just ignored it. The weirdest thing is that the reception is open only from 1 pm?!?! Overall, after everything I wrote here, we had a great vacation, but it could be better with better maintenance and crew assistance

-although in the messages it said the reception is opened from 1pm when we arrived one worker we found after 10 minutes of waiting informed us it actually opens at 2pm -we tried contacting the hotel before via message and phone to ask if the have a luggage hold but we received no answer -the seal in the shower in our room was a bit leaky so after showering there was a lot of water on the floor

-close to metro station and shops -very spacious room with bed, couch and a desk -beautiful lighting in a room -all of the furniture looks new and fancy -the hotel looks great on the inside and outside -amazing price

The staff is not very friendly. It can difficult if you want to get in after 4am, there is no one and you should have a code for an annex door.

Almost everything was good. The location is perfect for the metro, the Christ market, the Berlin zoo is close…

There is no tea facilities at room so you have to buy from the reception.

Good location and has all necessary facilities and clean. Inside also great decoration and setup is very pleasurable. I did used gym to 5 km run.
