There was no luggage-keeping facility. The staff only worked on weekends from 8 am to 11 am, which made it inconvenient to keep our luggage anywhere in the hotel. So, we had to pay an extra amount to keep our luggage elsewhere in a locker.

It took more than one hour before I got the roomkey from keybox, because when I key-in the fourth digit, it stated "wrong number". The staff did not very helpful, even after my daughter called him to check the inserted PIN again. So, I will never book a room without 24/7 receptionist..

Rather dusty. The common cleaning is rare and insufficient. Were missing a miniature fridge and electric-kettle for water boiling. Who wants warm beer?

Quiet hotel, no annoying services or loud people near us. Comfortable lift to the upper floor. Any transport is nearby: railway station, buses, trams.

The mattress was a little bit hard. We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of june and it didn't bother us that there was no no air condition. But the absense of air condition, might cause some problem if you travel during july and august during a hot sommer.

The staff was friendly and easy to talk with. We used English and German. The room was clean and silent, even if the bathroom was a little bit small. The cleaning was very good. The breakfast (extra fee paid) was good and enough to get you full and satisfied. The location was better then we thought it would be, among others due to good access to public transporatation.

1) severely rude personnel at the reception. 2) Despite the prohibition of smoking inside the rooms, the room smelled of cheap cigarettes. It appears some of the visitors ignore the rule and, as a consequence, the smoke permeates the building.

I had quite mixed feelings about this Inn. My first impression was somewhat negative due to As for the positive side, the room itself was clean and neat. The location of the Inn has both advantages and drawbacks. It's very close to the central train station and there is a supermarket and a public transport stop in a couple minutes walk. So it makes moving around the town, including getting to the old town, easy and fast. However proximity to the train station is also reflected in quite poor surroundings. There's a bookmaker establishment sitting right between the Inn and nearest bus stop+supermarket, so be prepared to meet groups of gamblers any time of the day (and any state of sobriety). Both gamblers and proximity to a busy road contribute to the high noise level. The walls of the Inn let quite a bit of that noise inside the room even with the windows closed.

The room was really small, nothing like the photos. The pillows were really bad and the shower made a mess, the shower glass curtain was in terrible condition. The worse was the parking. It said it had parking available, it is not true. They were unable to provide a parking card in the day of our arrival so we had to park several blocks away. Last of all, the guest services were really bad, they were of no help.
