Air conditioning was not working

Electricity was out for all of our first day. Everything was in darkness and no facilities were available. Whilst electricity was back in the evening wifi never came back for the entire 5 days. We were charged full price despite this. A discount should have been offered. Would also be nice to have better hair dryers that do not cut out every 5 min and there are no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is expensive.

Good location, reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Nice to get free drinks in mini bar. Love the sauna area and good gym.

The first room I got smelled very bad, as if a dog had made it's duty/poop in the room. I asked to change my room. The second room had a more traditional bathroom with bathtub. After I took a shower in the bathtub, and when I was stepping out of the bathtub, I put my foot on a wet and slippery floor and my foot slided and I was about to fall. I fall straight forward and was about to smash my face into the floor. I managed to catch the sink on the way down with my both hands to stop the fall. I got a wound on my leg. I went to the receptionist and asked for band aid. She didn't know what a band aid was. I tried to explain what it was till she understood and gave me the band aid. She did not understand why and how I got the wound even if I tried to explain few times. Here English was more poor than mine.

I liked the simplicity of the whole hotel, good value for your money with good location in the centre city with attached parking lot. The staff gentleness and the qualit of the breafast was as I expected/wished.

A Babybett has been confirmed but there was not available for us. Even when I told them they did not provide it. The room was cold.

The room was clean and big enough. The location was perfect for us just near subway. They gave us a kettle for boiling water for our baby.

Nothing ! no complain !

Sorry, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel,we prefer to have breakfast with our sons Family. Beds were quite comfortable, we slept well.

I arrived on the night where all trains were delayed into Hannover Hbf because of line damage earlier in the day, so by the time I arrived there were already 50+ people trying to check in (all from these delayed trains). This is of course well outside of the hotel's control, but check-in took just under 2 hours in the lobby as there was initially only 1 person manning the desk. After the first hour they eventually had 2-3 people doing check-ins. I don't fault the staff or the hotel, but since this was a known city-wide issue since the early afternoon I think every guest would have appreciated the reception to have more staff sooner, especially as the queue wrapped around the walls of the lobby and continued out the door.

Free drinks in the minibar and little toothpaste tubes were provided. These were greatly appreciated on the night I stayed. Room was a good size and clean. Heated towel rails too. Good hotel service overall, especially as it was a last-minute booking after massive train cancellations and delays in Hannover. I picked this hotel because it was the only one nearby with 24hr reception but it ended up being a good hotel. Was not able to try any of the other hotel facilities.

- parking barrier did not work one time, personnel did their best to fix the problem immediately - for some reason electronic keys to the room did not work every day in the evening we tried to get in, fixed on reception as well - neither restaurant nor bar worked at the time of our stay :(

- nice breakfast - friendly personnel - good location (we took U-bahn to get to the city center, just 2 stops, you may prefer to go by feet, since it is quite close) - free lemonade/coffee machine in the lobby

The room was clean but there was a used and empty coke bottle in the bathroom, which someone already consumed from mini bar and they didn't refill. There was maintenance on the floor, it was all covered up and not very easy to reached to my room. The parking is not well marked and it was mostly guess work to go from basement 3 to reception.

Breakfast could have had more options! It was so simple for 20€! Only scrambled/boiled egg, sausage and bread/pancakes were part of the hot breakfast!

We requested a twin room but got two twin beds made up as a double. We had to separate ourselves and make do with double mattress toppers and sheets etc. not ideal.

The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The mini bar was free and coffee was available and free at reception.

Staff at the reception was not very nice. There was problems getting out of the parking garage, when we left, and there was no one at the reception so I had to contact the kitchen staff - who quite clearly knew exactly what my problem was - that the personel at the reception did not validate my parking ticket, although I paid for parking at the reception when leaving.

The location was great, very close to public transportation and supermarkets. The rooms was nice and had a nice size. Great that you there was free coffee and water at the reception.
