GermanyThe tea/coffee cups at the breakfast area should be washed better as some were stained. During high season, expect noise as the walls and doors are thin.
The location is very good, in the middle of Pöcking, close to the train station as well as the centre. Easy access to the hotel and the room via a code.

Good position near Starnberg Lake, and to the S6 station takes only few minutes walking. Continental brerakfast with not great choice, but the personnel was really kind.

Lovely historic property in an amazing little town. Feels a little impersonal with the self check-in but its becoming the new norm everywhere. Coffee station downstairs was a lovely bonus.

PortugalWe were given an upgrade (without prior notice) from a quadruple room on a higher floor to an apartment on the ground floor. Even though the apartment was more spacious with terrace access, it had no lake view and the rooms layout was a little awkward (with a very small bathroom "hidden" in a smaller room on the far end). But this is not a big problem of course.
We like that the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood but convenient location to Starnberg and surrounding, where the local trains and lake access are close by. Keyless access made it quite simple and straightforward in the check in/out processes. The room was spacious for my family and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

We wanted an atmospheric property with charm and history. Our booking exceeded expectations from the moment we entered, with large clean bedrooms, a great kitchen and a peaceful courtyard to sit and relax in. Breakfast each morning on the terrace was delicious, fresh and tasty and our host was delightful! Thank you for making this destination so easy to reach - your communication was first rate, and so very friendly and we highly recommend anyone searching for a hotel outside Munich to make their way to Hotel Villa Sisi.

United States of AmericaThe remodeling was shoddy and it was obvious that low bidder won this job. the keypads were ridiculous. To get in the hotel, had to enter the sequence perfectly or it did not work. The code to the room was easier but .there was no one there at least part time.. The suite was cold when we arrived. I expected more for the price that I paid. NOTE: the suite had two bedrooms but only one bathroom which was in the small bedroom.
The suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and the lady that took care of it was very friendly.

The hotel has keyless entry at the main door and room door. You must use a keypad. Difficult to use, very frustrating when trying to get in. I liked the location as I have relatives in the town

AustriaDo not like the locking system on doors, no staff present when checking in, floor too HOT, no AC nor fan to cool rooms or hall ways, room was small, location of room was awful! Did not know this hotel was on a busy street and it loud with cars, trucks and buses driving fast. Not a place to hang out or enjoy, felt like a youth hostel actually and not a hotel.
Staff was very nice, at least the breakfast team as I never saw another person there. Bed was soft and comfortable.

BelgiumWe stayed in family for two days and spent an excellent moment. This is more than very clean and the Covid measures made feel us in safety. The breakfast was good and it was nice to be on the terrace in the garden. The price was also very good. Possibility to take also a coffee at anytime of the day. Location was also good. Closed to the lake and the Sissi castle. The S-Bahn is also reachable on foot within a 10 minutes walk. So, if you wish to pay a visit to Music downtown, it is very convenient.
