The under ground parking garage was a little difficult to park in. Bigger cars would definitely have an Issue. The tv didn’t work, but we let the staff know about that. Besides that everything else was great.

The breakfast was solid, bed was comfortable, and the shower had actual pressure. I liked that the mini bar was included and the staff was very helpful

The decor was.. interesting! It wasn’t that we didn’t like it, it was just a bit dated.

It was a huge room, and the bed was the biggest and most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in! The bath/shower had plenty of water pressure, there was a free minibar with 2 bottles of water, a bottle of beer and a bottle of apple juice. We had a warm welcome on arrival and there was plenty of level parking for our motorcycles. It was a 20 minute walk into the town which was easy to find. The room was very clean, we had a lovely stay.

They have no restaurant and the walk into town may to too far for some. The one member of staff who was on duty was clearly overwhelmed at times making check in a slow process. One of the rooms we booked had not been cleaned necessitating another to be allocated. The requested room was for a person with restricted mobility but the alternative was a regular room on the 1st floor. It was ok but could have been a problem if the lift failed or there had been a fire.

There is good parking at this out of town centre location and it is easy to reach. No charge to consume the contents of the minibar which had beer, water and fruit juice.

There was no hot water. Therefore, we needed to shower using cold water. In general, the room was clean, but unfortunately the floor was quite dusty.

The room was nice and it included some refreshments free of charge in the fridge. Easy check in and check out. Big TV, comfy bed and nice views through the window. As a hotel guest, you have access to the fitness and wellness areas but, due to lack of time, we didn't use this service.

on booking website it says the reception works until 11:00, we arrived at 10:50 but there is no one there, we have to call and wait for the staff, took around 20 min, not a good experience when you have driven the whole day and extremely exhausted. Then we were told the reception only works until 21:00 and they have not change this on booking website. I do not understand how as a customer suppose to know that?

Staff was a bit unmotivated. The housekeeping had missed someones lunchbox from someone else in our fridge. The restaurant was closed, probably because of covid.

The price was the lowest we found which was good, and considering what we paid, the hotel was good. Nothing fancy but it was good as a place to sleep in. The area was safe as we walked everyday from the train station to the hotel even at night (20 min ca).

The wellness area has been closed. The expensive breakfast option. The expesive parking. The high rise building in front (some people might not mind it). The gym has only light weights not enough for serious training. The smell in the corridors. I checked out because it didn't give me a vacation feel but really it is a good hotel for other purposes of stay.

The very nice and helpful receptionist lady. The quietness. The big room. Very comfortable bed. The forest next door. The minibar. The big tv. The big windows. Great value.

Paying for parking even though there was enough parking was uncalled for . The price for breakfast was too high.
