You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicFor Gods sake, do something with your check-in process, please! We called to the hotel in advance to inform them about our time of arrival. A guy, talking in Slovakian language, told us that everything will be ready for us, we just have to call the number again when we arrive to the hotel. We arrived at agreed time, called the number - some old lady picked up the phone, we said we arrived to the accomodation and she said "Nein, Nein, No hotel" and hung up on us. We called again, noone pics up. After many tries, some old gentleman who didn't speak well English pick up and told us that that number is not for Hotel Hof, but for some private accomodation in Hamburg! We checked the number many times, it was on the doors, on booking and on the message - it was correct number! After long time trying and stressing, as it was already late and we didn't have place to sleep, we went to the nearby restaurant where they told us that this is happening all the time in the Hotel Hof!! And adviced us to find the keys on hidden place. We found a key and guessed what our room is from photos! After a while, family of 4 (2 kids and old couple!) came to the hotel with the same problem!!!! There were 2 kids and it was night! We helped them to find the keys, but as they couldn't find the room they booked, they had to be separated! We offered our room to exchange but they didn't want to. Was very stressful for them as well! Noone from the hotel showed up the whole night or morning and noone answered our messages via booking app!!! For this they should give refund and reconsider their services, because it is obviously not the first time, you cannot run the business like this!!!

SingaporeNobody at the reception, and except of the cleaning staff nobody at the hotel to help, check if all is okay. Once you reach the hotel - you have to dial a call center - who tells you ( in very unfriendly, barely audible language) where your key is. I have stayed many time at this place when it was run by an independent owner - those days were good. Since the change of owner - the place is overpriced for factually no service .
Perfect location , a excellent restaurant next door ( not part of hotel) and room / cleaning staff friendly

Hotel Hof 19. When we arrived there was no one on reception and need to call a number which took 15 minutes to answer. We did not get any sleep for the 5 nights we were staying, due to the beds were very uncomfortable The hotel owners did not visit to ask if everything was OK. There was no equipment in the room to make a hot drink - which went the temperature outside is -3 c We will not be booking again. We spent our first night in a near bye hotel and the hotel owners were excellent, hot drinks and the bed was excellent.

ItalyAmbient was romantic and quietful. It was so nice to have a covered patio for the night with candles and a beatiful view on the sky...(so many stars in the cosmo!!). A quick walk to see the White Castle and the Church that were illuminated and then a shot of good Grappa before to sleep. Great!!
