when I arrived to the hotel to check-in they told me that I have reserved two rooms for only two people even when I have put 3 persons. I am not sure where the problem occurred but it did not in any way ruin my overall opinion of the hotel

the breakfast as the last time of my visit was amazing, so many offers, something for everyone, longue is sweet and I loved the interior, the hotel is on extraordinary place near to the metro station and a lot of bus lines. people at the reception are very welcoming and ready to help.

You can’t have coffee from the bar in the morning (if you don’t have breakfast included in your booking) until the breakfast is finished. As the bar isn’t open during breakfast time.

Not centrally located.

Convenient to metro station. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Hotel is environmentally concerned and proactive in ways to encourage guests to make small but meaningful contributions to the environment. Staff was extremely helpful.

I didn't like the fact that the amount of money equal to the payment was blocked on my card during the check in and hasn't been released yet though I paid for room while checking out 3 days ago

The gym needs a weights machine. I like the hotel, but no weights or weights machine is a let down for me.

The pretzel was a bit dry at the breakfast, but everything else was great.

On my birthday I found a cake in my room with a balloon. It was a real surprise to me, I did not expect it and I was happy to eat the delicious cake. On top of this extra, the room was nice, clean and everyone was friendly.

Great Hotel for a stay over in Munich. It was in walking distance from the person we wanted to visit, clean and comfortable room, safe parking and friendly staff.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, easy to get to the Center of Munich (15mins to Marienplatz) 8 mins walk to the local train stations. Has a supermarket (Lidl) a stone throw away. Quiet location. Perfect for travellers with Deutschland ticket.

the last night there was 3 times a truck or similar vehicle pulled up and appeared to be loading up stuff or unloading. They were loudly banging things around and it was like 4 am when the loudest noises occurred. That put me off the place

Nothing not to like

The room was large enough for twin occupancy and comfortable with bath-tub as well as shower. I enjoyed the sauna upstairs and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The location is slightly away from the centre, but close to U- and S-bahn station, so access to the centre or to the airport is good [as soon as they get S1 and S8 lines running again]. Rather specific note, but it is a 10 minute walk from Westpark, a pleasant park where they hold the Parkrun every Saturday at 09:00 - one of the reasons we chose this hotel was to take part in that.
