There is a swimming pool and sauna. Swimming pool is quite large. Hotel is located near tram station and big park. Plenty of parking nearby hotel. Rooms are light and comfortable. There is convenience shop near reception.

BelgiumSpacious lobby, room, and wellness area. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Useful little self service shop for drinks/snacks. Large bed, desk, kettle with tea/coffee/chocolate milk powder and multiple products for skin and hair care. The hotel is a little older (but very well maintained), however there is carpet everywhere and the hotel kind of smells like carpet. Not necessarily a smelly carpet, but just carpet. Didn’t book breakfast beforehand but I did buy it one morning at the hotel anyway which was quite pricy (€20) and the buffet didn’t have much to choose from but definitely a sufficient amount (eggs, bacon, croissants, bread, some fruit, etc etc). The price for the breakfast when you have it included in your booking, however, would be worth it in my opinion. It’s not the biggest buffet but it was a good buffet and that’s what counts. Had the swimming pool area all to myself which I LOVED.

United KingdomA little minor issue but frustrating. The tea and coffee hadn’t been re-stocked and no milk was supplied. A little frustrating as I needed to be up and out early. On the second day, we had hung our towels as we wasn’t sure if the room would be cleaned, the cleaner removed those and didn’t replace them so we had no large towel for the next morning. We had arrived back late so didn’t realise until the morning. The room although has been ‘Cleaned’ hadn’t been as my cup was still in the same place too and still no milk or coffee etc. Also, the restaurant stops serving food at 9pm and there is nowhere near by… the hotel does allow you to order food from Uber Eats and eat in the bar which is lovely.

CanadaThere’s signs that say you can park for free if charging your electric vehicle. Our party had 2 rooms booked for one night. Paid 20€ through the app to charge my vehicle then when I checked out the front desk informed me it’s only free „while charging“. I understand paid parking especially in the downtown area, but there was plenty of space in the lots and the signage was unclear. I paid 35€ total to park for less than 24 hours which for me is a new record. Especially so far from the city core.

GermanyRadiator in our room was completely off when we arrived in the evening ( i previously checked-in online stating that we are arriving in the evening), too small radiator for the room, it took good several hours to warm the room so we froze and asked for additional bed covers . We stayed only one night so we just needed the room warm during that night. It is not acceptable to charge a room 140€ a night and keep it cold for the sake of energy savings, they should have turned the heater on several hours before our arrival! When i think if hotel, I think if being cold.
