The walls are too thin, I woke up multiple times during night to the voices of people and groups talking nearby, in the hotel and outside. Feels a bit far away from the s Bahn Station, especially if you have to drag some luggage. If you are getting down at Ostendstrasse station, use the exit Hanauer Landstraße to reach here faster.

Comfortable and away from the central station area. Lots of food options around the place and it felt safe to go around. There is a nice small park with a fountain and you can go sit there. Good value for money

The self chekin machine is a little frustrating to use. First time around we also got a card for a room that hasn't been cleaned yet. Luckily there was a member of the staff present and he gave us another room.

The check in Is automatic, behind the building, even if I've arrived at 15h. I'm wondering if is an older person or someone that has difficulties with technology how that could work. I've stayed in the Ground Floor, there were huge trash bins right under my window and that doesn't made me feel safe, specially staying alone. There were a sequence of doors to arrive to my bedroom, again, didn't feel safe. It wasn't a cheap stay, cause during the Light and Building nothing is cheap in Frankfurt.On my arrival the room was dusty, but since there was no one in the reception I didn't complain.

Bed is ok, shower is small but good.

The beds were on casters so they constantly were shifting on us--especially when we had two single beds next to each other to make a double bed. There was always a big gap forming as the beds slide apart. Also, the showerhead was broken. The water still came out normal, but it was one of the handheld ones and the slider was broken so it wouldn't stay at full height, so without holding it, the water would only hit your low/mid back. To be fair, we never filed a complaint about any of these (so they didn't have a chance to immediately fix), but they were disappointing to find in the room of that cost.

The place was clean and I really like their afterhours check in system. The beds were comfortable and the room temp was easily regulated even with a floor 5 room. It was only a 5 minute walk from a S-bahn station with direct access to downtown.

The rooms could have been a bit bigger and a bit of information on the parking garage, room number and respectively floors would have been more helpful.

Location was super. Next to the Zoo metro station. Self checkin process was smooth. Room was clean and enough large for 3 people. Bathroom was clean.

The locale is rather ideal. The amenities offered by the room service were exceptional.

It is too expensive during fair period, especially from 26/1 - 29/1 which is totally unacceptable.

Overall it is clean and good location for transportation and dining.

The noise. Hou can hear almost everything. I could hear the couple in the next room arguing till about 3 in the morning, which means i kept waking up and didn't sleep well. Earplugs are needed for sure.

Great all-in-one room with necessary amenities. The staff is nice and helpful as well.

Check in process was complicated on automatic system. Several people struggling at the same time. The room number was shown only for a brief moment.
