Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood within a short driving distance to the castles and restaurants. Breakfast is superb!

Sometimes it is not easy to find a parking around hotel. If you arrive after 7 or 8, probably it will be full. There’s no option do dinner at hotel unless you ask for it until 12h.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is very well localised among mountains and lake, where you can breathe nature. Decoration and atmosphere is gracefully well done. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is amazing.

the door Locker of room can more improve, when two people share one room, one person go out and another person sleeping in the room, the room door need locked, but the go out person back to the room need wake up the person who is sleeping, or the go out person bring the key, but need locked the door, then the person is sleeping after that can’t go outside, it’s very unconvenient. another thing is the roof with italic, it’s easy tobump against the head.. to the answer of the hotel's new reply, i found your hotel reply about the "key problem" is very funny. your answer about keys is : as a customer need ask your employee more room keys, when we check in. But my question is: when your employee saw we are two adults, why does she not gave us two keys when we check in? How can We know your hotel also offer two keys instead one key for each room?!

nice location, the room is very clean, nice breakfast, the staff are very nice except the lady with gold hair, she is a bit weird. but still it’s worth to stay in this hotel

Parking was very limited and there were lots of cars that night, so I had to drive around looking for parking, But after a while 1 guest left and I managed to get a space. I believe there is also underground parking, but this wasn't made clear to us and the entrance isn't very obvious. There was no kettle in the room for tea/coffee, but we did get a swipe card to access the bar area after hours. There was a coffee machine etc there, but again it wasn't clear what we were allowed to use or not, or even how to make a cup of tea.

Room was very large, very spacious. Bathroom was huge, everything was clean, nice view of the fields from the balcony. Close walk or drive to the lake, and a short drive from Neuschwanstein Castle.

Great location. Good off road parking. it has a lift. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large with a balcony. Amazing massage.

The location is good beside the beautiful lake but, a little far away (ca. 5 km) from the railway station of Füssen. And Bus works only from 7:30 to 18:30, I remember. The breakfast is always fit me well, fresh, satisfied, and delicious!

Breakfast was great, the room is sunny and the service was speedy. The buffet had lots of options. The bed was comfortable and the room extremely quiet. And we opened the door to the balcony to get fresh air.

It seems that almost everywhere in Europe the request for ice is a real problem!! Why??? I asked for a glass of ice to take to my room and I was met with such a rude silence and then given a tiny glass of a couple of ice cubes??? Those "small" reactions can spoil an experience for tired travelers!

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Superb breakfast with great local buffet and extra hot choices to order as well. Probably the best sauna and steam area I have seen in a hotel. Spotlessly clean. Bar was self service on an honesty basis, but very reasonably priced.

parking was a bit difficult and it is somewhat laid back in the village.

I don't have any complaints

The breakfast was really good, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the fact that I could pick up the key from a key box late at night

Several of the staff members were not very friendly. We didn’t run into any of that anywhere else.

There were a few cobwebs in my rooms and there's only one tea-bag per type, which I felt was a a bit mean. I didn't go down for breakfast as I had my own food.

I loved the size of the junior suite, it was lovely to have so much space in an hotel all to myself. The balcony was a lovely size and the staff were very helpful and friendly. There's a fridge, kettle and a sink which was really useful. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to Forggensee, which is beautiful.
