The shower and bathroom were very small.

The room was surprisingly quiet for a city hotel. Basic amenities but lots of space in the room, although a tight fit in the bathroom. I appreciated the desks and bench in the room for storage. As a family of 4, we had lots of room.Good location

Poor hot water pressure in the shower, very poorly cleaned toilet. There were always problems with the safe and we could not use it.

The heating can be cold sometimes, and I didn't have a great sleep for two nights, probably because of the cold room.

I like the breakfast, the room was decent for the price range, and the location is really quiet yet close to the center.

Elevator takes a while. No real complaints.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had great options! Staff were helpful, and spoke both German and English, which was very helpful! Rooms were clean, spacious enough, had everything I needed for my stay.

Despite informing the hotel ahead of time that we would arrive past 10 PM, I was not allowed to pay by cash (contrary to what the booking and all the communication said). Lucky that another person had enough on their account, because I didn't. More clarity would be appreciated. Lack of something as basic as a small kettle is very disappointing.

We booked a standard room, but were upgrade to a Refurbished room at No charge. The refurbished room are modern and has a bigger bed (160 or 180 cm, not sure). Do recommend this room over the standard (old) rooms. We won't book a standard room next time, even if that is still possible. They are old and not very nice. And the bed is only 140 cm.

the room was on the ground floor, so the corridor smells like food from the kitchen, that's not good for people on a diet :)

The proximity to the Tierpark is a big advantage, in the morning I enjoyed the song of the nightingales from the nearby branches. The Ghanaian girl who works in the kitchen is very nice and helped us with the transportation arrangements, the staff is generally very friendly, the gentleman who works at the reception is a great character. I will recommend your hotel to friends who come to Berlin, for tourism or business.

I was not too fond of the fact they had a password on the TV that limited the watching to the Freeview channels. The TV had Netflix, Prime, and Disney+, all of which I could have accessed with my accounts, but they refused to unlock them. I also didn't like the large rat I saw outside reception next to the entrance to the breakfast room one morning.

I liked the bed. I liked the position of the hotel, with easy access to busses. I like that we had a bakery 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes walking from the hotel.

You have a small stove in the room but no plate or kitchenware is provided. Currently there is an ongoing reconstruction in the building, even though they are paying attention not to cause much disruption, you can hear sometimes drilling and hammering during the day, which is not the best if you want to have a nap in the afternoon

You can hear your neighbors sneeze, cough, everything. Luckily my neighbors were pretty quiet otherwise. The kitchenette is quite old and has a lot of wear to it. Bathroom was pretty old. Because of that the shower didn't feel or look clean.

The single room was a nice size. Pretty big. There is a small kitchenette and the bathroom is a decent size as well. The bed was comfortable!

Cold room heaters are not hitting enough. No stairs from 7th to 8th floor so it is not recommendable to stay on the 8th floor if you are staying with babies. Small bathroom.

The wifi signal was very poor, and when the cleaned the room they didn't clean/replace the glasses or mugs, and they didn't replenish the tea/coffee/water.

The staff were very friendly and we were able to check in early as the room had already been cleaned. The room was a good size with good facilities and was nice and warm. The location was also convenient as you could easily see all the sights of berlin with one bus journey.

The matress is definely too soft, probably soft foam rubber. I think it is only suitable for one/two nights before suffering from pain.

The bedroom was big enough to contain the bed, a desk and even a small "kitchen", with a fridge and a sink. The breakfast was quite good, offering a varied choice.
