We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The room was big enough and had a balcony. There were pool and Sauna but we didnt try it. Breakfast was open buffet and variety was also ok. Location was 20min far away to Meersburg with car where you can take ship to Konstanz if you want

SwitzerlandThe rooms are old, the carpets are just uncleanable, the bathrooms and the towels are yellow and stained. We came because of the swimming pool, but looks more like a therapy pool in hospitals than a hotel pool. And finally..the staff.. I definitely annoyed by my presence the receptionist when I came. And though I had a half-board, the waiter tried to earn money on us and billed all the food twice. I had to prove that it was all paid, and the waiter still insisted on me being wrong and making a mistake. With such service, no excuses and not even a slight customer-oriented gesture, the hotel looks miserable. I had a feeling the notion of good customer care and service are overall disappearing.

This was a great choice overall. The hotel is clean, room was very large with 1 double and 1 single and still plenty of space where we could put the baby bed for our 2 years son. The food was great, really, among the best we've had so far in Germany, excellent service, very friendly staff and patient with the kids, that was highly appreciated. The pool is large and clean and the water is warm, our 2 years son had so much fun. We loved it. We'll definitely come back.
