Subway is not that close and main attractions are a bit further away. Expensive breakfast. There is a building construction right in front of the hotel. Overpriced.

Very comfortable and big bed! There is one tram line very close to the hotel. The park in front of the hotel is very nice. The hotel allowed for late check out at no additional cost.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected even though the size was on the booking. We weren't told about or given the robes for the sauna/steam room and found out from another guest. The manager was very apologetic and eager to make it right.

The room was nicely furnished and very clean. I appreciate white sheets and covers. It had everything that was on the listing sheet. The staff was very helpful with directions and information about a transportation pass. The added benefit of a sauna and steam room were nice. We don't eat breakfast, but the restaurant had a coffee area for all guests.

Last time I was at this exact location was around 2 years ago. It seems like the quality of cleanliness has significantly decreased. Shower head was mouldy, some dirt, dust and wrappers under the bed, walls are a bit dirty as well. Unfortunately this has to be given more attention by management.

As always, very friendly staff, great location, overall good prices. The staff is what make this hotel good. There's a small kiosk with basic amenities. Wifi was good throughout the stay. There's quite a comfortable work desk and chair in the room. Breakfast was decent.

The lady concierge in charge of the night shif at the reception desk was not friendly at all upon arrival --she did not even responded to our "Good evening!" greeting. Nevertheless, morning staff were nice and helpful.

We had a pleasant 1-night stay. Everything went smoothly and check-in and check-out were fast. It is a standard 4-star NH hotel that I had already previously booked so there were no surprises.

We had a view onto a construction site, and the hotel is not actually close to Alexanderplatz despite the hotel's name including it. So we had to take a tram each day to go anywhere.

The staff, without exception, were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring my room was perfectly comfortable, their professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. Speaking of the room, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, from the pristine linens to the spotless bathroom. It was evident that the hotel places a high priority on cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The amenities offered by the hotel were also top-notch. From the fitness center to the on-site restaurant, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

we were 3 in the room / 3 beds and on the next day when they changed towels they left obly 2 sets of towels and we had to ask them for the remainig one. And on the date of departure our room cards 2 od 3 were not working before the time of checkout. Such a stupid mistakes

Major construction just next to hotel. They start to make huge noise very early in the morning. 7 AM I guess. Room card was not opening the door. You had to work really hard for opening.

I have some objections to a cleanness of our room. The drapes were ripped. Weed was growing wild in front of our window and there were calc stains all over the shower corner. I could forgive the view to a construction site but what I couldn't forgive were white stains on the arm-chair. I was grossed to touch it, since It seemed the armchair collected decent amount of human genetic material.

The bar in the lobby was very pleasant, serving pretty decent and strong drinks. The room was quiet and we appreciated sustainability option of not to use room cleaning in exchange for free free drinks at the bar. The service at the reception was exceptional.
