Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The apartment was well situated and offered enough privacy even for a group of friends. The bathroom is spacious and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the small terrace is a big plus

The main entrance door had a broken lock and was easily open by anyone, just by a hard push. Wall were very thin. You could hear the next door neighbour very clearly.
The apartment was centrally located and easily accessible. The was clean and facilities were adequate.

Staff is hardly reachable, so together with the website door opening system you’d better not have a phone problem.

there is no lift and they provide us 3 rd floor , we have 3 big size bags so it was very difficult to bring it....

It is in the middle of the red light district which was a little strange and in the mornings there were some very unsavoury types around.
Appt was big and spacious very quiet - and close to a nice part of town - in one direction... And very close to the trainline.

It's a smart key just using the mobile.. I was alone and since it was freezing.. I had issue with my mobile.. I couldn't open the door with my mobile.. I had to borrow one on the way just to call the hotel to open the door. There is no reception.. also no lifts... And I could hear noises from the other room..
Good place.. Was near to the Christmas market.

The coffee capsule machine was not functioning, the apartment does not have elevator so a bit of struggle with luggage
The apartment is well structured and have the basic facilities such as bathroom, bed, kitchen, wardrobe etc. the heating was also great. Walking distance from the nearby tram station.

The door to the apartment block was broken, I noticed on reviews another guest reported it in November, being next door to the red light area, made you feel a bit unsafe at night.

The location of the property was great for old Town but while walking around to go to restaurants & places, we noticed that it’s right near a bunch of houses where woman do their thing & the next mornings the streets are full with men leaving these houses. Definitely was not expecting this as there was no warning to it & we went with 2 children ages 3 & 4.
Loved the space & how convenient it was to get to the Old Town area. Staff was very helpful with check in process & with a minor hiccup we encountered. They were great.

Check-in procedure.
There were unfortunate problems checking in. I received a mail at lunch time of the day of arrival, and tried to check in but could not. I was also asked to pay 189 Euros, but I had paid it a month earlier. I was then unable to access the key to the apartment.

Although it states you'd might have to do stairs, I did not expect to carry all my luggage for 4 flights. No idea where the terrace is, but it is not part of the single accommodation option. Only 1 coffee capsule. The kitchen had various items which were not clean.

I was stranded because of the Properties Mode of operation which restricts you from submitting information online for check-in until the actual check-in time (4 pm), not only is this the first ever apartment where physical check-in time was 4pm instead of 3pm, but online check-in must also be done after 4pm, after which you will then be assigned your room. I find this very strange and discomforting because in my case, I had tried to check in online earlier while on me way to the Property but my data were collected but not submitted , thereby requiring that I go back online after 4pm to submit the same data (which should have been collected, stored and used to process the check-in at anytime they wanted). Unfortunately I ran out of phone power and I arrived the apartment with dead phone, and no way to enter the room since the Keys to the room was a web app which has to be operated through the Phone. Thanks to a bar nearby where I hanged to get my phone on. Again, for an apartment with 4pm as Check In time, I found it unfair that the check out time was 10 am and not 11 am. The floor of the hotel room will also be needing some maintenance as the wood continued to make some noise. I
The Facility actually calmed me down after the distress of checking in and gaining access into the apartment. I must admit that I was impressed when I walked into my room. The room was clean, spacious, very well equipped with basically everything one can need, I found nothing lacking and also it was clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. I liked everything so much aside the bathroom which was abit small.

Apartament located near to red light district it was not so comfortable to go thru. Anyway - apartament is really good and worth the price of it. We felt safe there.
